Wellspring by Silks

We absolutely loved our stay here! The room and upstairs pool were so nice and clean, and the front staff (shout out to Rose, Vicky, and a third lady whose name I unfortunately didn’t get) were so kind. We had a problem with our room key, and they took care of it without a problem, and even offered a late check out time as compensation. Breakfast was yummy (congee and sides, salad bar, breads, and juices/soy milk), and location was close to so many things. We will definitely be back, and will recommend this to everyone visiting!

The checkin process was fast and efficient. They will explain where to find the amenities and breakfast restaurant. Once entering the room, you are greeted with a open cupboard where there is plenty of space to hang your clothes and luggage. Beds are comfortable. Water dispenser is provided at lift lobby in every floor so taking water is really easy. The roof has 3 pools, 2 of them for hot spring and 1 normal swimming pool. Water temp is fantastic especially with a slightly colder temp in Nov. No complaints about service or facilities.

All the staffs are very friendly. We were taking pictures and one of the staffs, Nick, volunteered to take our group picture for us. The hotel itself is wonderful, there’s a hot spring tub in the room and more hot spring tubs on the rooftop. I highly recommend this hotel and I would go again when we go to Jiaoxi!

My girlfriend and I enjoyed a family suite with private Onsen baths and we could not recommend it more. The quality of the experience, service, amenities and breakfast buffet were some of the best we've had in Taiwan. The complimentary services included guided trail hikes and night time yoga classes (and an amazing happy hour too!) Our guides for the tour were Lunar and Ellie who were both very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with local insights. The photo of our hike is along the road leading to the trail which was actually the steepest part. The stoney trail was flatter, not too difficult and very peaceful with amazing views and an artisan coffee stand at the begining which we had on the way down. We were even lucky enough to see a hunting Crested Serpent-Eagle. Night time views of the city from the roof were amazing, and particularly enjoyable from the larger Onsens - also an amazing swimming pool and rooftop cinema.

They provide snacks at the lobby and had someone come over to explain what is in each floor of the hotel. They have a happy hour providing unlimited red wine and white wine, an infinity pool. At the balcony there is a spring bath. Free drinks in the fridge. A lot of food stores around the hotel

Clean rooms and very convenient location. Even provides shuttle bus service to nearby jiaoxi station which is only a 5 mins walking distance. Free snacks and drinks at the lobby during the evening. Welcoming staff and great hospitality.

The rooms are very comfortable, and staff are very helpful and friendly. There are free facial masks in the room daily. There is a good variety in the breakfast as well.

I like to say thanks to Rose, because of her personality and be proactive to new customers, she has excellent service and makes hotel to new level, through her well manage, we are glad and enjoy staying this hotel, appreciate your hospitality.

Absolutely loving it. Fantastic private Hotspring in the room outside on the balcony. Great public one on rooftop with view. Spacious room, happy hour with snacks and (alcoholic drinks). Big recommendation.

This hotel is so nice! So many included amenities, rooms are spacious and clean, very relaxing and perfect location! Can’t wait to come back

Nice place & great service ! The bed is huge and comfy, comes with a mini outdoor onsen bath tub. Will come back to stay when back to Yilan next time!

Amazing stay, great area, attentive staff. We really enjoyed our room's private onsen as well as the rooftop pools. Great location to head out for activities and food, and is close to the station. Also the bed was amazing, so spacious and a firm mattress ensured we slept well every night!

Nice central location. Rooftop hot and cold springs are good. Breakfast is okay but doesn't open until 7am. Mainly Asian cuisine though. Elevators are really slow. Room was very clean and nice. Free drinks (wine at 5 o clock ) and snacks in the lobby all day. Worth staying at and would recommend! We will be back!
