Awesome mushroom dishes! If you like spicy food, Stir Fry Chili Beef is recommended.

The set meal for two can in fact feed three or even four people. Apart from mushrooms, they also serve meat and seafood. Overall, I love the taste of the food. One can also get a good scenic view if he sits by the window. It’s away from Taichung city centre. So if one is driving, there’s an open spaced car park opposite the restaurant.

Good service size, additional ala carte have bigger serving. Single pot is good for 2 person and couple pot can feed 4 pax. Must try if you are around the area.

I love coming to this hillside restaurant for the food and the views. It is usually cooler and breezier and has a lovely, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The standard fare is a mushroom, vegetable and thin sliced pork hotpot. This is generously sized and delicious. Deep fried oyster mushrooms are fantastic, as are the sausages. Staff are very friendly and helpful but speak very limited English. The menu is in Chinese with some pictures. Recommended if you feel adventurous or can speak enough Mandarin to get by. The large shop sells avast range of mushroom products (mostly dried) and assorted health foods and some aromatics.

Most of the dishes are made from locally grown tasty mushrooms. The flavour of the hot pot soup is fantastic. Mind you, the average man won't be able to finish one portion.

Delicious and affordable. Variety of fresh mushrooms used, making the broth of the hot pot its highlight. Friendly and helpful staff if you're able to converse with them.

Could taste the freshness in the food served. Try the mixed fruit juice which is refreshing. Relaxing ambience as it is located in hilly area. Not a convenient place to visit though, unless you drive.

Everything mushroom. Very tasty. Hot pot set for 1 is enough for 2 adults. Friendly waitress. Nice atmosphere.
