Best food ive had all over Zanzibar. Good local cheap food. Nice view over the beach. Have a swim between your starter and main course since it can take a little while to get your food. But its absolutely worth the wait. Wow!

Awesome fresh prepared seafood for really good prices! We stayed at Kiwengwa beach 3 nights and all three dinners we had at this restaurant!
I would recommend seafood platter for two persons with rice - only 20$ and two full stomaches!

This place was recommended by the local Maasai, as the freshest seafood nearby. Compared to this area restaurants, the value for money is above expectation. Incredibly delicious food. Don't let the lack of european service and appearance fool you. The food will exceed all expectations.
P.S Order dishes from the chef by a certain time. If you are walking along the beach, make an order 30 minutes in advance and the food will be waiting for you at a time.

I eat tuna with avocado it was maxing and delicious and atmosphere is amazing I love it , two comments first to arrive there road is very tough second they need to add service team all there related to kitchen and they need staff who can speak English

When I first look at the place I was sceptical on the food but then the food arrived it blew me away the food is amazing and fresh I would come done to amour beach restaurant any time and would say if you in Zanzibar you have to visit this place

Very good food, specially the prawns and the seafood platter. The sea food platter has longer preperation time so its good too preorder for dinner. 💯

We had the lobster, it was fresh, juicy and delicious. Also sitting literally right at the beach, just a lovely place. People were incredibly kind and prices were really fair.

We enjoyed our lunch there very much! They prepare all their dishes fresh and it was very delicious! A local owned place with a nice vibe directly at the beach! The prices are great, the food is tasty, the staff was super nice - highly recommend!

Very good sea food and pilau, big portions. We ate there almost every day during our 2-weeks stay.
One minus was the waiting time which was always between 40 to 60 min. But apparently that's how it works on the island. It wasn't the only restaurant that made us wait for our dinner that long. But fresh sea food was worth the wait!

Great restaurant exactly at the beach. The seafood is excellent - I had the best octopus curry! The prices are very fair for what you get. Definitely cheaper that the places around. I recommend to pre-order the food as it might take time. Keep in mind that this is Zanzibar and be patient - it’s worth it!

Delicious and incredibly fresh food for a very fair price compared to most other places around that are not half as good and twice as expensive!!
