Excellent customer service. Fast service. Certainly a big step up from the quick oil change providers -- specifically, I don't want to stay in my car or drive it onto the lift. I want to sit in the lounge and have a coffee while I wait. At DeHaven, I felt like I was treated very well!

Steve Koble was the BEST car sales person we have Ever dealt with at any dealership. I couldn't get the car with everything I wanted, so while trying to find one inside and ouside the area was also not happening, Steve ordered the car, had it built just the way I wanted it, and it was delivered way before we expected. He called several times along the process to let me know what was going on with the car. Patrick Ross was our Financial manager and that process was as smooth from beginning to end as well. These two guys were always polite, kind and committed to do what they did for us to give me a car that wasn't one that I had to settle for, but a car that I actually got with everything I wanted or didn't want. I have had severe electrical issues with my car for two years now. I have taken it into multiple dealerships and experts and nobody has been able to correct the issues yet. I took it into DeHaven and had my car worked on by Malcolm. I didn’t have high expectations, but I spoke with him and he told me that he was confident he could solve the issue, he just needed more time. He was very kind and did a great job communicating to me what he was doing. I’m glad I trusted him. My car is now functioning properly for the first time in years, and all for a very fair price. I was greeted asa I walker in.the service was impeccable. The salesman Aaron Johnson was very polite understanding he got the job done in a very quick time I was not there all day.
