El Camino's

I tried the Baja Tacos here today at El Camino's and I would say they were quite excellent, I would definitely recommend them.🤌🏻

I've also tried other things before as well, such as the Fajitas, Taco Salad, Chimichanga, Beef Burrito, and perhaps a variety of other foods that I like pretty well too; though among the things I've tried, while the Fajitas is one of my top favorites, I would say the Baja Tacos being as good as they are, easily makes it high on my list of foods to deem as a favorite.

Aside from the food, the atmosphere is friendly as well as the service is good. Also to add, Carlos (the owner of the restaurant) and his family are wonderful people too. 👍🏻

Great fish tacos and the server kept the salsa, chips, and drinks coming. That's all I really ever ask for. They have a great vibe but thought it was a little weird Mickey Mouse playhouse was on instead of sports.

This is a great place for all of your favorite Mexican flavors. The service here is fast and you will likely get seated quickly. It is an easy restaurant to find located just south of the court house square in a small shopping area. The facility is kept clean. The food is very tastey and will come out quickly and hot. There is plenty of parking in the large lot and it is free.

Love the decor inside! Festive and lively! There were 2 adults and 2 teens. Everyone found something they liked. We ordered a pitcher of lime margaritas! They were great and not outrageously priced like most places now! We will be back!

Came here for the first time last night. It was awesomely delicious!! Food was great, as well as the servers; each employee was outstanding. Try the raspberry margaritas 🍹 😋

They start you with chips and salsa, which not every Mexican restaurant does these days. Tasty food, great service, very authentic. It reminded me of my trip to Mexico. And to top it off, we got a senior discount of 30% off our meals. I got the lunch portion of steak fajitas which was perfect.

Some would say that I am particularly partial when writing this review, but I as well am known to be a very honest and straightforward person. With that being said, I used to work at this establishment as well as my younger sister, Autumn as well currently works there and I can tell you now not only service, but the food is beyond. Amazing . It will surpass any expectation you have of a Mexican restaurant in the heart of a small town as Salem Indiana. The service is phenomenal. And you just get a family oriented vibe when interacting with the staff. The owner Does not just oversee the business. He is very involved, hands-on and one on one with not only the customer but his employees as well and I can say the same for his wife. If you are wanting an experience where it’s big bang for your buck, please give them a try. You will not disappoint yourself. If I were going to give a recommendation on what to get, I would either recommend the chicken cheese and rice, which is a bit of authentic Mexican rice, filled with mini spices to satisfy your taste buds layered with seasoned grilled chicken, fresh off the grill topped with creamy white queso and if you wanna go a step up, you can add fajita veggies, which is a mixture of bell peppers and onions, fresh off the grill also. I would recommend your classic Mexican dish of enchiladas Verde style which is with the green tangy hint of sweet sauce to top your choice of beef, chicken or cheese enchiladas with a side of Mexican rice. Happy eatings and hopefully you enjoy this place as much as I have, and will continue to.

They have stepped up their game! My wife and I have eaten here for several years and new been disappointed. It had been awhile since we has visited and decided to go for lunch this past Sunday. It was outstanding; my wife had the California chicken, which she said was excellent. I had the Burrito Supreme which was one of the best I've ever had, and I had quite a few. The thing I noticed immediately upon our food arriving was the presentation; Both dishes looked great on the plate. Someone in the kitchen had definitely had professional training!

Food is so good I go back even with less than mediocre service.. we both had food in our mouth when we didn't answer the waiter yelled.. maybe I should have done the same when he forgot my queso (which is so amazing)

Huge shout out to this place and the owner Carlos! Not only did he come over and personally introduce himself to me and my coworkers but he thanked us for what we did and bought our dinner which was cooked perfectly and tasted great!

Fish Taco the best I've ever had.

We went before the dinner rush and it was wonderful! Quiet, food arriving quick and fresh, with an attentive staff on hand. We rarely dine in, opting for take out instead. I'm glad we took the chance!
