I chose those words to counter another review that seems more like a personal grudge than an accurate, informative, review, but I really have nothing but good things to say about them.
Many of us have a little anxiety about going to a shop because we're afraid we'll get ripped off - gouged on labor or charged for stuff we don't need. I went to Quick Lane because I don't have to worry about that, there.
They quickly diagnosed and fixed the "clunking when I hit bumps" and, after they did a test drive, pointed out what I suspected - I had some brake issues. They checked the fluid and recommended a flush and replacement, which totally fixed the issue.
They had all the parts and supplies on-hand, and kept me well informed during the entire process. Grateful to have them in the area when I need them.

Fair price and got the job done fairly quickly

First time here and I was very satisfied. Some shops can make me uncomfortable being a woman. I know enough about cars to do things for myself & hold a conversation, but still a lot of shops try to convince me things are broke or need replaced when I'm fully aware they do not (because I personally changed it or had it done resently) or simply talk to me like I know nothing about cars. THIS shop however, was not like that. Got the job I wanted done with ease and professionalism. And the gentleman at the desk was a delight to chat with during my wait. He kept myself and other clients engaged during down time to make it a great experience. The mechanics were also very professional and got the job done correctly. Will definitely be going back and recommending.

Awesome honest people. I called 1st thing this Saturday morning because I could hear my breakes were grinding. They got me in right away. They were extremely honest & didn't try to get me to get extra stuff done! I am very grateful to them!

I had to wait 20 minutes, but wow they were fast when they got it in. I have zero complaints. They are a lot cheaper than an instant oil change place, especially when one is getting synthetic. Recommend to try it out.

I had an appointment to get my oil changed and even though they did not get to it for 45 minutes I still give them 5 stars. I know they were busy. They worked hard and the lady at the desk was also working hard and had a positive attitude. Yes you might have to wait a little bit but trust me it is worth it. I would recommend!

We've been coming here with all of our vehicles for the last four years. We've had everything done from oil changes to brakes and tires and allignment. The prices are fair and the staff is honest and trustworthy. A big plus is the place is clean and the coffee is strong!!!

Landon put air in my tires and was very respectful and answering all of my questions, and he has such a great smile and personality. I think this young man deserves a raise!! thank you :)

Every time I come here I get nothing but good service. First, they removed the heat shield off my old car for free. They were super friendly. Second, every oil change here has been fast and as expected. No complaints. Thirdly, my experience today, was phenomenal. I had a massive shaking suddenly start that turned into a horrible knocking. My SUV barely made it in.They immediately got it on the lift and showed me the front tires were so loose they were about to fall off. (I had my front tires done by another place the city over.) Apparently ever nut was loose on the front wheels. They tightened my wheels and checked my vehicle over. I couldn't be more relieved to know my SUV is safe and that QuickLane wasn't looking to scam me. No up sales or scare tactics. I will definitely be back. I feel they are fair priced compared to the local shops and quality of service.
*update: once again Quicklane saved the day when my brake lines broke. Fast service, competent employees, quality work. Their prices are extremely competitive and fair.

They've always treated me, my dad's Trailblazer, and my Trax good. But they just got a new card reader that has a fee. It wasn't their choice it was the higher ups. So make sure you have a check and cash on hand!

They were short handed and covered up but courtesy&customer service never suffered, excuses were not made. Gave honest wait time.

Great customer service. Had my tires swapped out and me on the road in under 30 mins. Can't beat it. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing tire work done.

I was well taken care of. Dropped off vehicle with a screw in the tire of my recently new tires. They took me to my office, fixed the tire at a fair price and dropped the vehicle at my front door. Couldn't ask for better. Thank you

Oil change and 4 wheel alignment done did a great job!

Not always "Quick", but that's because they do good work and they are so busy. It's best to always make an appointment. Very courteous staff!

John and all the guys treat us great any time we go in for anything, Eddie Gilstrap Ford and Quick Lane are the only people that's going to work on any of my Fords, BROVO ZULU

I love the fact when I need an oil change they will actually come to my work pick up my car change my oil and bring it back to me! How convenient!
