What a great experience! Brought in multiple rings with diamonds, from different family keepsakes, to be combined in a new engagement and wedding ring settings for my wife. Excellent service on repairs each time I've been here. Only a short wait to get a clasp changed on a 40 year old gold chain necklace that is my favorite. Favorite jewelry store for resale of jewelry also. Best around.

I bought some jewelry for my son and my sons girlfriend there and they taught me about the diff ki d s of gold and which ones turn and which ones are the best value. I’ve also sold my old gold jewelry to them and got money from jewelry I dont like, outdated & it was just sitting in my jewelry box. Prices are very good compaired to other jewelry stores in this area. Highly recommend!

Pleasantly surprised by the service at Will’s Jewelers. They were patient and guided us to what we were wanting to look for, instead of being hounded like Tamara at Bradley Gough. Will definitely be returning to Will’s for all of my jewelry needs.

Nice selection of jewelry, but fairly low end watch selection. Seems the only quality watch brand any of the Fort Wayne jewelers carry is the ubiquitous Rolex. I did find a gorgeous and rather unique ring for my wife though.

I dropped off a watch that was very special to me.They did a great job!!They treated my watch like it was the most important piece on their work tables. I will never buy another piece of jewelry from anywhere else.

Before finding Will Jewelers, we had spent months shopping for a bridal set and had recently had a very bad experience with another jeweler. We were pretty discouraged about the whole ring shopping experience and feeling rather hopeless. We went to Will Jewelers and they were just fantastic. They created a beautiful bridal set that met our exacting expectations. They turned our frowns completely upside down! Throughout the process, Dixie was so patient and helpful – and the family in general was great to work with, very personable, and respectful. We later bought a contemporary men’s wedding band there as well. We returned yet again to have them redesign a pair of Sapphire earrings and they did a wonderful job. We have since moved out of the area and live 2.5 hours away. However, when we have an occasion to buy jewelry again, we’ll definitely make the trip to Will Jewelers. They are the real deal.

I stopped in here on a whim. My wife isn't very much into jewelry but I knew that she was getting a little put off with her engagement ring wedding band combination. She wanted to update it but never really took the time to shop. I stopped in here and long story short, a lady spent the time with me to help me understand what was there, helped me find something that I thought my wife would like and that evening I brought my wife in and they remounted her diamond in a new setting and my wife is thrilled! Thank you for making this process so easy and we got a good value also. My wife is proud as can be of her new ring.

I bent my engagement ring on 6/6/20 and desperately searched for a place to fix it as I’m not from Fort Wayne. I found Will Jewelers on Monday and they offered a same day fix (if it’s dropped off early enough). I was very nervous to leave my ring with them as it’s my first real piece of jewelry and have never really been to a shop like this before. They were so helpful and answered all my questions. I couldn’t believe how patient they were with me and handling my concerns. They said I could identify my diamond before and after the fix to verify its the right one, and they did a cleaning before and after. They only charged $75 to realign the ring and the cleaning, which I thought was very reasonable. They did an amazing job and I couldn’t believe how brilliantly it shined when I picked it up, like it was brand new! They said it would be done the following day as I dropped it off around 3pm, but they called at 5:30pm saying they finished it early, which was a very pleasant surprise. Highly recommend!

I have been coming here for repairs, appraisals, re-sizings, cleanings, etc. for years now and have never gotten less than top-notch care.
I just had two rings resized here and could not believe the quality of the work. Both rings fit perfectly and they were so well polished that both looked brand new.
Heather helped me throughout and is an excellent consultant. Gorgeous store but no ELVIS rings on display. BOOHOO! They also have their own line of watches, Seiko, and they are also a Luminox dealer. Lots of engagement and wedding rings too.

Just picked up two rings I asked them to solder together. Friendly and fast service. I dropped the rings off Friday, and they quoted me at around 2 weeks for pick up. Got a call Saturday (next day) that they were already ready. The work looks quality, and they lined the rings up well. I will update my review if anything changes (like the rings break apart), but overall I'm currently very happy with the service I received and plan on bringing my jewelry to them in the future for repairs and upkeep.

I walked with some repairs that I needed on a gold necklace and Dawn was amazing and very sweet and helpful. I will always come back to Will Jewelers for my future jewelers needs. You guys are amazing thank you for all that you do.

Amazing family-owned jewelers! They have made so many of our families pieces that will last for a lifetime. They also made my engagement ring and its quality and design is the best in Fort Wayne. This is the only place to buy jewelry!
