Rachel was very kind and helpful. She had knowledge of all the products that were and weren’t available. She was very patient with me as I kept changing my mind and wanting to try on different rings in different sizes.With the great customer service I received I ended up buying five beautiful rings.

I drove an hour and half to get to this store and literally had one of the best retail experiences ever, the knowledge, the friendly service is superb. Angela was fantastic, patient and professional. She helped me pick out the perfect Christmas gift for my oldest daughter, and when my phone died( how I needed to pay) died, she went out of her way to help me out with charging my phone. I was at the mall in Fort Wayne so I decided to get my ring cleaned that I’ve had for almost 3 years. When I got home, I noticed one of the stones was missing. I thought it was strange that it happened the same day, but I also knew my ring was pretty old. I gave them a call the next day to see if there was anything they could do to fix my ring. They had me come back to the store and replaced the ring free of charge, no questions asked even though it was past its warranty. Definitely recommend!
