Hategan John MD

Dr. Hategan is a good doctor and a great guy, but dealing with his receptionist is what caused me to stop going to him 1-1/2 years ago. Today I called to get their fax number for another doctor to access my records from there, and at first she was questioning the reasoning, then she ultimately said that they did not have a fax number. I looked on line and found a fax number for Dr Hategan's office, which she flat out lied and told me that they did not have...
This is only one of the many examples of the rudeness and hatefulness of this woman and I'm not the only one who has had this experience with this woman.
I only gave this rating a one, because I had to, to post a review, otherwise I would have given a zero.

I hate that I feel obligated to warn others of the negligence and utter disrespect shown from this place of business. You would expect a reputable doctor to staff his employees with helping and caring employees with at least the slightest bit of bed manner, but you will be rudely awakened visiting John Hategan. The receptionist seems to have a lack of concern of the well being of the patients and is clearly evident in the tone and lack of patience. (She hung up the phone before I was even finished speaking). It is sad that negative light being put on his practice is being caused by an employee, and a long withstanding one at that. I will not be returning and will be finding a new primary care physician.

I didnt even make it past my first call to try to make an appointment, the receptionist wanted to give me the third degree about why I did or didnt do this or that! I noped right out of that real fast dont wanna deal with a person like that after having the last couple years I've had! She has probably costed that doctor alot of money he doesnt even know about! There are too many other docs to go too that have respect and care about the people that are there for help!
