Big shout out and Thank You to Grant, Manager of the Newburgh AutoZone. My family have been AutoZone customers for a very long time. The other day, my 88 year old Dad was having battery issues. Removing the battery was more involved than either of us could tackle. I reached out to my local AutoZone and talked to Grant. He went above and beyond and came out to my Dad's house .... on his lunch no less!! ...... to install a new battery. Dad only lives about a mile from the store, but still it was super kind of Grant to help us out. He really saved the day and we couldn't begin to express our gratitude.

Friendly and helpful staff, reasonable wait times, clean and organized store. The service tech put in a new headlight bulb within a few minutes of my arriving, the experience was quick and painless. Prices were fairly reasonable especially since the install was free.

Benny was excellent! He stood out in the freezing cold installing my battery to get me back on the road. He deserves a raise

Luis made my bad day amazing, I've been using autozone across the country for decades and this was the best experience by far. From his attitude to his knowledge, he excelled far beyond what was expected but it was all appreciated beyond words.

Grant was very friendly, professional, quick, honest, helpful, and knowledgable. Tested my battery, let me know it was under warranty and suggested I find the place that installed it to save money. He changed it for me when I opted to have it changed there and gave me options from lowest to highest price. I would go back again without hesitation.

Purchased lights to fix my right turning signal on my Buick Enclave Oct. 18, 2023. Went back to Auto Zone again today because I did not have the right tool to fix it. A man by the name of Shawn helped me change the bulb without any hesitation!! Thank you Shawn!

I had the greatest experience a week or so ago at this location. After two runs to Autozone trying to find the right air filter for my car, Grant was so generous to check my car and confirm that the air filter that I acquired was the correct one for my car. He saw the struggles I had been through the day and kindly helped to change the air filter even though it is not part of their service. I am really glad I encountered someone like him.

Everyone there is great! Friendly, knowledgeable & Matthew actually saved my life today! I had no clue what was wrong with my car& had barely any money or resources to put the new part on that my car needed& he took care of me! Got me the best deal, quickly & even changed the part out for me because I wasn't capable! I left in like 20 minutes car running good as new! He is wonderful& it's much appreciated!!

Thomas was extremely helpful. I stopped in to purchase a bulb for my headlamp. When I asked to borrow a socket, he came out with me and his ratchet to help me change it. His expertise and willingness to assist me was very much appreciated. He even exchanged my wrong part for the right one.

Very helpful staff! Richard helped me find the light bulb I needed for my van in no time and also gave me a better deal on the bulbs because they were on the wrong shelf with the wrong price. Quick and easy visit!

The manager Grant was beyond helpful! Everybody was kind and super knowledgeable. Went as far as to put my windshield wipers on and fill up my windshield fluid. Highly recommended!!
