Parkview Outpatient Pharmacy

This was our first time here. The pharmacy filled a prescription was unavailable anywhere else. Staff friendly and so helpful. There was a wait but it was not long and moved quickly

Always a pleasant experience. Sometimes the wait can be long but they also serve a lot of people because it is a good pharmacy!

Over the last nine months, I've had to try 4 different monthly medicines for my debilitating headaches. Jennifer at the pharmacy has worked diligently for me, taking into consideration the cost I can afford, is okay taken with my other meds, side effects that have caused other health problems, hassling with Medicare over what they don't coverand one that works for me. It's been difficult to find something! But Parkview Pharmacy's Jennifer is still working on my case and keeps me updated with phone calls. I'm so happily impressed with the compassion, expertise and knowledge.

I go every month to pick up meds and have had a good experience everything. Friendly and smiling. Meds are always ready on time...

Always welcoming and clean the staff is amazing.

No one acknowledges your presence when you are standing at the counter, even to tell you it will be a moment before they can get to you. People there also were not taught basic manners, like saying please, thank you, or you're welcome. My 2 year old has better manners.

This once was a good pharmacy. It's disappointing they've stopped training their employees before putting the health of patients in their hands.
Parkview: As a good start, please encourage pharmacy personnel to keep their hands out of their mouths when dealing with medications, and please do not deploy students solo to the counter to handle patient health issues until they have demonstrated some level of successful training. Apologies if it sounds impolite, but patient concerns no longer seem to get addressed beyond lip service. I welcome the day Parkview returns to being the sound and excellent institution it once was.

Please stop saying prescription is ready only to have to wait to be verified. Three of us waiting. 20 + min. Not the first time ether. Not hard to fix. Just tell us when they are actually ready for pick up.

Called in my daughter's meds at 2:40ish, as of right now I am still waiting and it is now 4:31 pm. What's the point of going through your call in options to fill your meds if it's still going to take 2:30 to 3 hours to get your meds? This was after the fact the lady behind the counter agrued with me over the spelling of my daughter's name. Only giving a one star cause you can't leave a review of no stars.

My daughter who was had a stroke and her meds had been sent down to the pharmacy hours before she was discharged...I go in and wait in line and when I get up to the window they tell me that it's going to be another 20 minutes...my daughter is in pain and needs her medication...well we are short today....not my problem...not my concern...this is not exceptable at all what so ever...this needs to be rectified.....
