Marc is still learning but he did an excellent job. All of the reps are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products available. I purchased an iPhone 15 plus with a couple of accessories and am very pleased so far. They also helped me get a discount through social security which I didn't know was available.

Collin Flores was amazing, helping me with recovering apps and photos. He has given excellent customer service. I will make Newburgh store my new go to store and will recommend Collin to all my family and friends

I had a very positive experience with Dean when I went in today to get a new phone. During several points during my visit there were multiple people coming in and he was assisting everyone on his own. I think he did a great job even though I'm sure it was difficult to manage so many people at once. He assisted me without making me feel rushed and made sure to jot down important info in case I needed to refer back to later. He was upfront about the costs and the process of trading in my old phone. He turned a stressful situation into a breeze. Thanks so much.

Collin was very helpful and nice. It was very busy, but yet no one cared because he was so polite and helpful.

Colan Flores from AT&T came by today for a scheduled appointment. He was referred to us by a neighbor. I had previously called AT&T to discuss signing up for fiber, but our call got disconnected. It took only a matter of minutes to complete signing us up. He found where I had partially signed up a few days earlier and double/checked all the information. I’ll give him 5 stars.

I had a few questions about my phone setup. I stopped in the store where Selena and Collin both helped me understand it. They helped. Me get a discount that I qualify for too. Had a great experience. Ya'll are awesome.
