Hands down the best staff anywhere I've ever shopped at, vapor sellers or not. They are always in a good mood and are all so friendly, knowledgeable and just flat out the most awesome people behind the counter. Prices are really great but even if they were the most expensive in town I would still only shop at this one store. I can't say enough good things about the store and staff at the Green River Rd location. 100 stars/thumbs up/ high fives. THIS is a business model that needs to be given a spotlight. They are doing everything right there.

Was in there today and the lady was extremely helpful this will be the only shop I visit from now on the customer service is outstanding.

Have been to 2 other stores (not TKO) & was not satisfied with their products & the e-liquids were nasty! I love my smoking devices I bought here & the e-liquids are even better than 5 stars! The staff are so friendly, you feel comfortable right away - even if you're new to the vaping experience. They've been able to answer any & all questions about the products they carry & I'm a person who always has questions! I love this store & I think if you go here - you'll be a constant customer too!

These chain stores are taken care of by a friend of mine that I've known since I was 14 years old and he is 'customer is always right' & 'customer first'.
This chain is wonderful, fabulous, and I would HIGHLY recommend going there if you use CBD oil or any liquid nicotine products or e-cigs.
They will find you exactly what you are looking for or what you NEED or what's best for your needs and your life.

By far one of the best places around to get Vape juice, smoking apparatuses and CBD oil’s and more. This man and company excels in customer service and pricing very reasonable clean and just an all-around fun experience. This is by far the best vape shop I have been to in Evansville. They have a great variety of equipment that will satisfy any and all who vapes from the very beginner to the biggest hard-core cloud chucker. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and can guide you to buy exactly what you need.

I stopped in to shop for a specific item. Looking everywhere for a Profile M RTA, the staff went above and beyond! The young lady called all the other shops in town, unfortunately we didn't find one, but I call that outstanding customer service!

The owner is amazing. He is very courteous and knowledgeable. The beautiful ladies who work there are also very knowledgeable about the products in the store.
