Le Merigot Hotel

This hotel is nothing short of amazing! It has such a modernized/ contemporary design, while also maintaining a rather beautiful and romantic allure as well. The amenities it has to offer are just as extravagant! The overall vibe here is most definitely that of a luxury hotel, not to mention it sits nestled mere feet from the casino and Ohio River. Ever since I checked out from my stay here, I've been dying to go back! Perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway. 💗💜🩷

Well I just loved this one. Everything one needs, with complimentary robe and slippers to use. Since a casino is usually smokey (understandable) I look forward to showers and baths. This one is exceptional!

The bed was very comfortable with down pillows and comforter and the mattress was not rock hard. The shower was fantastic (car wash type feel). The rooms are very modern and updated. The hotel is trendy. Short indoor walk to the casino which is connected. River views. I had an excellent stay and definitely would stay here again.

Comfortable room, professional staff, chic interior. Breakfast could be better, but the coffee was fine. I'd gladly stay here again and recommend the hotel. Blush bar is really cool, and within walking distance of an Irish and Mexican restaurant. The bed and pillows are super soft. I slept well.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly! It is connected to the casino, which is very nice. The breakfast options weren't the greatest, but that could be because I am very picky. The rooms were very spacious, well maintained and all around perfect. The price was a little high, but it was a weekend rate. We will definitely be booking our next stay in Evansville here!

Nice modern hotel .Was not expecting anything fancy but I was wrong ! Beautiful bathroom with huge showers. Designed to look really posh . Lobby smelled like vanilla/coconut mix all the time.complimentary trolly to downtown and back . It is attached to Tropicana casino .but the crowd from casino do not have direct access to he hotel . Will recommend staying here !

Le Merigot was fantastic. We got a room on the top floor, and the room was very clean and stylish. The bathroom is amazing, and the shower is a waterfall style with 4 heads. The staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast was very good for a free continental.

Love this hotel! Every time I visit Evansville this is where I stay. The staff is very professional and courteous. Every time I check in they greet my like a long time friend and not just a guest. I really like that it's now connected to the casino and all the restaraunts. Makes it very convenient because gaming and food are within easy walking distance. It's also close to the riverfront if you like to watch a relaxing sunset or take a walk. The rooms are always extremely clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Evansville.

The rooms were fantastic. Top notch service with very accommodating staff. The rooms were well maintained and clean. The bathroom was incredible and the view was good even with the construction. I will always come here when I stay in Evansville.

The is a very beautiful top of the line hotel. Very elegant in the rooms. The glass shower door, glass door to even the toliot room. They have a tv in the bathroom. Very nice bed spreads. The view of the Ohio river is very nice.

Wonderful hotel that's a short walk from basically everything in downtown Evansville. I'd never stayed here before, as I grew up here and never had a reason to stay in the hotel, but I'm glad that visitors to my hometown have such a nice option in the heart of the city. All of the employees were very helpful, especially Sherry!

This place was fantastic. The room was very well maintained, the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was great! The staff was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely go back.

Amazing! Courteous staff! The room was beautiful and the cleanest hotel I have ever been in. Wonderful view of the Ohio river. Came for a mini vacation and will definitely be coming back!

Last month I had an alright, not good, experience with the hotel; which I shared with the hotel manager (David Schweisthal). Like any great manager, the guy actually listened and asked if I would give them another chance. Since I was heading down for Spring Break anyway, I did. Best decision, EVER. The hotel is in pretty good shape and the rooms are nice, clean, with modern amenities. The Ra Ri Irish Pub next the hotel is a great deal with all beers being reasonably priced. The casino had a nice selection of machines and table games, unfortunately the smell of smoke is a bit much. And a HUGH PLUS, they offer military and veteran discounts. This place is a big supporter of anyone that has worn the uniform of our country. Thanks David and Le Merigot Hotel staff.

Enjoyed the atmosphere very crisp and clean. The service was great. The room I was in had everything down to a fine art.

Our room at Least Merigot was amazing. Beds were so comfortable and I loved the robes and slippers. Everyone was very friendly. 5 stars in my book.

We went to the one in Evansville close to the Boat (Tropicana). It was beautifully decorated and the upkeep was very well maintained. Te staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was one of the classiest I've been to and it far exceeds the price you pay for the room. The staff is extremely friendly, the rooms extremely clean, there wasn't anything I saw that looked low quality.

Beautiful hotel, bar, and the room was very luxurious and comfortable.
It's a shame that Bally's has changed the name to 'Legends' which sounds like a sports bar.
