This company has the BEST customer service and support I have ever experienced. Derek took a lot of time walking me through the basic workings of the to see if he could determine what the cause and solution might be with my fireplace that wouldn't shut off using the wall switch It was awesome we could Zoom during the conversation so Derek could actually see the equipment an how it is set up. very helpful from start to finish!! I wanted to design a unique fire ring and needed technical info to achieve this, everything from gas meter and line sizing to valve placement options. the fire pit is 5' across. everyone is astounded with the real look burning or off. Beautiful work Eiklor!!

Quite possibly the best customer service I've ever received in my 76 years on the planet. Trish and the rest of the folks at Eiklor are fantastic. She went out of her way to accommodate a replacement log for one that broke while I was cleaning it. Additionally she offered to replace the entire set when I asked about some white spotting I saw forming on some of the logs. I paid just for the shipping which is more than reasonable. My wife and I hunted for months for the most realistic vented gas log set we could find. Eiklor is heads above the other leading manufacturers out there. Everyone who sees our "fire" comments about how beautiful it is. We love our logs and don't hesitate for a second recommending Eiklor. BTW ~ we purchased from a local dealer who might have acted as an intermediary but, I opted to contact Eiklor directly to deal with the lifetime warranty they provide. Hats off for an above excellent customer experience.

Eiklor Flames is a fantastic company, they make the best log sets by far, they look so realistic, have amazing flames, and are simple to use. I just sent my 10 year-old burner back to them for a warranty refurbish (which is a lifetime warranty too!) and they sent me back a completely refurbished unit. Their customer service is second to none. I can’t recommend them enough.

I love my Eiklor fireplace insert -- it's just like having a roaring wood fire without the hassle. I'm sorry I waited so long to make the move! I did some research and found that technicians rate Eiklor best and it was by far the most realistic insert that I found. I highly recommend this product and I really enjoyed working with Trisha on getting all the logistics right.

Incredibly realistic gas fireplace log set-up. The only thing missing is the smell of burning wood. Absolutely superb customer service! I purchased my set 10 years ago and still consider it to be one of the best purchases I have ever made.

The most realistic log set around- looks exactly like a wood fire. Guests have asked why I didn't have to put more wood on it. I had 2 units in my previous house for 20 years and a friend had one for 15 years with no problems.
