We have been looking for furniture for several months. We were traveling and thought we would just stop at Bloomington Furniture Company, and I am so glad we did. Noah helped us find exactly what we had been looking for. Great price, Unique and delivered our furniture two hrs away. Delivery guys were nice, and made sure we were completely happy before they left. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Great, low-pressure shopping. Staff were very helpful! Good furniture at quite decent prices. They set up financing with just a short questionnaire. Very happy with my purchase. This will be the FIRST place I look whenever I need more. :)

Chris was excellent to work with, from the moment I walked into the door until I scheduled the delivery. He really wanted me to be happy with my purchase, which speaks volumes. My wife and I just recently purchased a new house and needed to get furniture to relieve our disintegrating Ikea stuff. We had no idea what we were doing, but the staff have been absolutely wonderful and helpful in assisting us with filling our new place with gorgeous pieces. We love everything we have bought! We have met probably all the staff and each and every one of them have been a delight. And the delivery guys are super polite and great! They are always pleasant even when hefting giant pieces of furniture up stairs.

My experience at your store was great. Kyle was very knowledgeable and considerate of my budget. I love my new mattress.
The young men (Thad and Chris) who delivered and set up my mattress were extremely polite and helpful.
They went above and beyond securing my old bed frame which was loose and not put together correctly.
They were wonderful.

What I love best about this place is not only do they they have free delivery but the guys that do the delivery, Chris and Thad, are simply amazing! I would give those guys 1000 stars. They are polite, gracious, and helpful. They are passionate and really care about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this furniture store. Nancy was very helpful when we were picking out our furniture. She was also great about keeping in touch with updates as to when it would arrive. The 2 delivery men were awesome every time we saw them, as we had several pieces that came in at various times. They were always very professional, but also very pleasant to talk with.

My Husband and I went to The Bloomington Furniture Company looking for a new bed. We had been to several different stores looking without any luck. When we walked in the store we were greeted by Kyle, we quickly found out that he is very knowledgeable about all the mattresses and furniture and didn't rush us whatsoever. We ordered a custom made bed and mattress. Since it was going to take a while for both to be delivered they let us borrow a new box mattress and bed frame until ours arrives. Our mattress and box springs was delivered today and the 2 delivery guys Chris and Thad were exceptional. We have never had such wonderful customer service at any store we have been to. From the time we walked in the door until today with the delivery, we will definitely be returning for any furniture needs we may have and will be referring everyone we know. Salesman Kyle had unending patience. I finally purchased yesterday after months of visiting my furniture. I had a million questions on purchase day and he had great suggestions. The furniture will be delivered at a future date but I got to take the pillow home. It is unbelievable and I had the best night sleep in a long time. The right pillow makes a big difference! And it is cool, just like he said. Thanks for all your help!

Update: My furniture arrived yesterday and it's even prettier in my home than in the showroom. I'm so grateful that Kyle helped me make the perfect choice. The mattress is unbelievable! The delivery guys were so professional and helpful and did an incredible, fast, careful job of putting the bed together. I will definitely recommend and shop your store again.

Our furniture rep, Kyle, was great! He verified and answered all of our questions, took measurements and made sure to cover all bases with our furniture/ mattress purchase. He was very knowledgeable of the various mattress offerings, was able to locate our furniture selections and had them delivered sooner than expected. Delivery was quick & efficient. Overall, an a+ experience. We were happy we shopped local!

These guys are absolutely phenomenal!! I had purchased a mattress that ended up being way too soft for my back, so I went back to look for another. They were extremely helpful and even offered to discount the price of my new mattress since the other hadn't worked out for me. Their delivery crew is timely, courteous, and helpful in moving everything in. The dining set I bought is amazing and ties our kitchen together perfectly. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone looking to buy furniture. Very honest business with A+ customer service and great products. :)

We recently purchased mattresses and adjustable bed frames from Art Van. Our sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful in making the best choice for us. We were moving at the time and they worked with us on delivery to get the new bed to our new home the first day. Delivery was right on time and the delivery guys were great. Overall great experience. We would definitely shop Art Van again!!

I absolutely love this store, they have the Best Selection of furniture in town. They have a decent selection of all kinds of furniture, even higher quality furniture if you're looking for something that is going to last a very long time. The outlet center is great for college students...

I especially was very impressed with their Sleep Specialist (Kyle). I love the machine they use to test my own body type for the Perfect Mattress for me. My wife and I were in the market for a mattress but honestly with every mattress company out their claiming they are the best, it was very hard and confusing for a consumers stand point. Kyle took all that weight off of our shoulders with his very extensive knowledge about sleep and how the right mattress would help maximize our sleep quality.

All of the Sales staff there are very Knowledgeable and Helpful. Family Friendly environment. I have 4 kids so it is difficult for our family to go shopping furniture and mattress shopping together. They had a cool train/car station setup for the kids to play with while we completed the buying process.

We will definitely not go anywhere else for any furniture or mattresses anymore. I am so pleased with the entire process from the very friendly greet when we first walked in, to the delivery crew that took their time and made sure our items were in perfect condition before they left our house.

When we bought a second time there was a small scratch on the furniture that came in and they were swift to replace the piece the very next week with a perfect one. Anyone wanting an All-Star experience from a locally owned company you NEED to shop Art Van before making your final furniture or mattress purchase...

We received excellent service while picking out a bed and mattress and could not be happier with our choice. The salesman was very informative and easy to work with. The young men who brought the bed and mattress to our house and set it up were courteous and well informed. We could not be happier than we are with our new bed. It is so comfortable that we have trouble wanting to get up in the morning!

My family and I stopped in for the end of the Black Friday sale looking for a couch and loveseat. We found Doug to be very helpful and easy to work with. After a short time in the store, we found exactly what we were looking for at a great price!

The furniture there is very nice and very modern. We are very pleased with our purchase, but the service is what deserves the 5 stars! The young lady in the store (we're sorry we forgot your name!) who helped us was so patient and helped us find everything we needed to furnish two entire rooms in our home. Then when John and Chris, the delivery team arrived, they were the best! Very careful with our new furniture (not a scratch!), showed us how everything worked, moved our old furniture, they really knocked it out of the park. Between Chris, John and the nice sales lady, we will not be shopping anywhere else for furniture from now on!!!
