Have been a customer at William's Open Road for several years. So fortunate to have this little gem just outside of Bloomington. The workmanship is top notch and the price always reasonable...excellent service is provided every time as all work is done by the owner and not some 'new' guy' off the street...Mr. Williams and staff provide a great customer experience in a family friendly environment...Can't imagine going anywhere else!

Horrible mechanic. Used zip ties to fix a bike instead of getting propper part That cost only $20. After giving me an estimate of 2500, he raised it to 3500. Only to have the bike break down for the same reason he claimed to fix. Then had to take it to a different mechanic. If you want to waste money on improper zip tie fixes in a gas tank go to him. Would give a negitneg review if possible.
