Kohl's

The workers here are always so nice and helpful! I'm in all the time to return amazon products and to shop, and I've never had a bad experience. I've been to a few Kohl's and this one is def the nicest looking, I've noticed many are often all over the place but here looks great! Shout out to Stephanie and the other girls i didn't get the name of who work check out and returns! They are hilarious, sweet, and helpful!

Esther at Customer Service was wonderful in helping me order a watch for my brother. When I asked to speaker to a manager, twice Esther called for the manager. I wanted to express how wonderful Esther had been in helping me. I would rate Esther a 10. The manager who refused to come and acknowledge me. I would rate --10. Thank you, Esther for helping me.

Morgan (sales associate) is a class act, she can dress anybody for success. I have very little fashion sense and usually wear scrubs on a daily basis. Shopping overwhelms me. I am also very difficult to dress since I am six feet tall and 190 lb. She didn't make me feel silly or foolish for my amazon body type or for my lack of fashion sense. She helped boost my confidence instead. She helped me assemble an outfit for the office holiday party, I got tons of compliments starting from the starbucks drive thru and right up to the end of the night!

Purchased an item online, returned it without hassle. Purchased new item online through Pickup Pass, easy to use. Lots of stock on hand, staff were friendly and efficient.

The customer service lady Kasey B, was a very friendly person and seem to care about her customers! Took time with me and explained things I didn't know.. I give her a 10

You know they have nice stuff , I think it's a little overly priced merchandise, store is nice and clean . I like to lookout so with that they ain't got nothing Ross don't have and for half the price..

Kohl's was a great experience. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They take Amazon returns depending on your return options and the process is super easy. Everything seems to always have some type of sale or coupon to offer where I always find myself saving money. All in all this place has everything with great prices. Would recommend again to others. OH, and you can make your Amazon returns here.

It's change of season for the store. Lots and lots of clearance this time of year. Lots of coats of you can use a new winter coat !!! Employees are always very kind and helpful.
