Nothing bad about this store at all they are always so helpful and so sweet. BUT bath and body works pLEASE tell me why you got rid of sunshine glow??:((( i bought a few to stock up last week because i had a sneaking suspicion this would happen but I’m heart broken. I’m sunshine glows biggest fan. Please reconsider<\3

It's bath and body works. They are always awesome. There is such a variety of scents, anyone can find something they like, and their wallflowers are great too! I just wish I could have all the wallflower plug ins as well. There is a ferris wheel one that lights up and it's needed.

Got some gifts for my granddaughter. Great sale.

Awesome customer service and the lines moved quickly!

Always one of my favorite stores! Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Even when the lines are long, they get the guests through very quickly. Have a line for people paying cash & the other registers are for cards.

I love Bath & Body Works! The girls are always so patient with me when I show up with a bunch of gift cards to use and they are always willing to help me find my favorite wallflower plugs and refills. I love their lotions and the scents are to die for. The aisles in the store are wide enough for me to navigate with my rollator (a walker with wheels and a seat) around each display and if I need to sit down they always help me find a spot to sit and rest a few minutes where I can be out of the other customer’s way. The store is always neat and tidy and all the shelves and bins are stocked completely. Sometimes I think things are too easy to find but that’s ok I love my Bath & Body Works store so much if I could stay all day I would, but alas I haven’t won the lottery yet so I have to go home sometime. The prices are very reasonable especially during the semi-annual sale they have twice a year, but I go there other times as well for the wallflower plugs and their lotions. The sales girls are not pushy or bothersome, in fact I find them very helpful & kind. Thank you Bath & Body Works!!!

The store was well organized and clean! I was greeted promptly and the young woman asked if I needed any help. I was looking for a particular item which was not on the shelves so the young woman said she would look in the back for me. They did not have it in stock and she apologized and informed me if I came back when their new location was open they would more than likely have it. I was very impressed and pleased with the help I received! I will be back!

Absolutely love the 3 wick candles sold here, especially when they are on sale and I have a $10 off coupon. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. If I can’t find what I’m looking for, they are willing to check back stock or offer a similar product that I was unaware of. Love this place!

Super helpful service. The people who work their were so kind to me. I missed the sale deadline and when I explained I had been I'm the hospital because of my Lupus they understood and honored the sale for me. I ended up spending $300 which was a little more than I had planned on spending
But damn, after all that I went through that month in the hospital, I deserved everything I bought!! Lol This Bath and Body Works is my store. Thank you ladies your the best. And thank you for asking me to keep you apprised concerning my health and treatment. I'm going to need your expertise in Aromatherapy again!

Semi annual sale rocks! Got so many great gifts and deals for good quality products. Staff friendly as usual at this establishment. Lots of options here. Love when they bring back old scents "throwbacks" 😁

Traci was very nice and helpful. I forgot to ask about the sale before she rang me up & she re-rang everything and applied my coupons. She even gave us suggestions for dinner as we were in town from out of state. Thanks again Traci!!

The staff is wonderful and of course I love the products. I had a bad experience at another location to say the least and needed to return some items, the management was so kind, helpful and patient. They were so apologetic for what had happened at the other location and I am greatful for all they did.

Awesome customer service!! I got some Wallflowers refills Vanilla Patchouli and a couple other items. The Wallflowers smell fantastic!! Will definitely return and also reccomend.

I love their Aromatherapy line, Wallflowers, hand soap & actually everything they sell. Employees are very friendly & helpful. They also give out great coupons!

Store is always perfectly clean, organized, and well-stocked. Every single time, the staff has been eager to welcome, offer assistance, and inform of deal/discount without seeming pushy.
