As always, the shopping was magical and always delivers an unforgettable experience. We are due to move next year back to Spanish Fort, Alabama but we will miss The High Fashion Mall that made Indianapolis unique for our family.

Everyone in the store seemed friendly and ready to give great service. Love the Armani makeup counter. And complimentary champagne never hurts a shopping experience

The entire men’s department staff are great and go beyond customer service. Johnny, Ms B, Pam, Michaud and of course the entire crew deserve a raise. Very attentive, attention to detail and professional. The Gucci store Mr.Jackson service is great as well and his product knowledge is on point. Will continue to shop there as long as they are there.

This is a lovely location. Everyone was kind. I bought a Louis Vuitton purse and wallet. I also bought Bond perfume that was lovely. As a black person it was refreshing to not be followed around a high end establishment. I was able to browse and shop in peace.

I visited the Bond no.9 fragrance counter to experience some of the newer scents. Ken was the Bond fragrance expert that assisted me. I have explored and purchased fragrances from Ken for 10+ years. He and Meir are knowledgeable in the Bond line and make it enjoyable to stop by there. While I was there this week Ken introduced me to the new (at least to me) lipstick line. I previously saw the lipstick in an email and thought Bond was adding it as a novelty. Ken encouraged me to try several colors. I must say I wore it home and still the next day I was very impressed. This lipstick has a wow factor for me. (Lipsticks are no longer all alike). I also wore 3 Bond fragrances to try. On the way out I also stopped at the Chanel counter to check what color eyeliner were available. Lan assisted with recommendations and I took one home. It was a satisfying Saks stop.

Phenomenal service. But waist else should you expect from Saks Fifth Avenue. They provide quality clothes and perfumes. Are we wrong for buying the best? I think not!!! Enjoy your life!!!

I am not usually a shopper here but stopped in cosmetics. Chanel counter gals were great! Went in for masgara and out with some new techniques to do my eyes... And not feeling judged for not buying it all.

I had the pleasure of working with Mia Johnson at the Giorgio Armani counter this evening. Not only is she great at her job, but she was very personable and made the experience enjoyable for me. She is a gem for your sales force!

Very nice to have a Saks Fifth Avenue in Carmel. It's easily the most high end store in the Keystone mall. They have all brands and micro boutiques you'd expect from a Saks. Great sales to be found here if you're at the right place at the right time. Customer Service is as expected, excellent.

Absolutely loved it, the sales person that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. They had the watch that I wanted in stock so that was a plus. It was very clean and overall had a good shopping experience.
