Our experience with economy fireplace was great from the start. We were interested in a double faced fireplace and they were able to get us the fireplace we wanted, while staying within our budget. The crew that came out to install the fireplace was fast and courteous while there. During construction in our new home the remote control was lost and economy fireplace helped us out with a new one going above and beyond what was expected of them. I highly suggest giving them a try for your fireplace needs. Steven at the store is a top-notch salesman and willing to listen to what it is you’re wanting without trying to sell you something you don’t need.

Great people to do business with! It started with Stephen and all of his help to find something we liked. We had a difficult corner location and wanted a newer linear fireplace, but there was hardly any product that would fit. Stephen spent a great deal of time researching possibilities for us, and was very patient and helpful with us. He was determined to help us get what we wanted. The installation was first class all of the way. Kevin is a master at installation, and Josh was a great assistant. The installation was very professional, including the floor to ceiling stone wall. They did not take any shortcuts, and did it the right way. We are extremely pleased with our experience. Well done!

I contacted this company to inspect the gas fireplace of a home we are selling after a home inspector reported there was a issue with the exterior gas shut off valve. I needed a prompt response because we were scheduled to close on the house in just a week. I had contacted several different contractors but all were booked or didn't work on gas fireplaces. I was getting panicked because I needed someone familiar with gas fireplace installation to give a second opinion about the condition of my fireplace. Even though Economy's service tech was booked out for several weeks, the owner did not disappoint! He was prompt to respond and he personally came out to my house to inspect my fireplace. He thoroughly explained everything and even put together a short written statement that I could bring to the closing and give to our buyers. I look forward to having this company out to my new house to put in new gas logs in the future.

These guys are extremely knowledgeable and reliable. I live in Bloomington. It is more than worth the drive to get a fireplace. The installation in exactly on time and professional. They completed work under budget and on time. They treated my house like a house and not some work site. They took due care for guests not just due care for contractors.
