Old Chicago Pizza And Taproom

Great atmosphere! Pizza is good also! Parking can be tough I'd say. There is a lot across from Old Chicago's and free parking down main street. We entered restaurant and were seated within 2 minutes. Drink orders placed within a couple minutes and menus delivered. Drinks came pretty fast. They have Zombie Dust by 3floyds on tap! My favorite beer. We placed our pizza order. Pizza's came out pretty fast (10 minutes). They were hotter than the surface of the sin so watch your mouth! These Pizza's are pretty greasy. I'd think that it would be the cheese used. Pepperoni Pizza's were naturally worse. We literally soaked up the grease with napkins. This has to explain why the Pizza's tasted so good. Although I'm not a fan off too much grease. I got the double deckeroni. If you like spicy pizza I'd suggest this. The sauce is dark red and has good tomato flavor. The cheese (while greasy) also has great flavor. Breading is soft and chewy with decent air pockets (hand tossed). Pepperoni are spicy, and this one has double the Pepperoni. Also some hot sauce thrown in the mix added to the spice. This wasn't super hot. It was a great Pepperoni spicy. I'd definitely get it again. They waitstaff was very friendly and checked on us often. I'd definitely recommend stopping by if you never have. Great place!

Food is delicious I didn't try pizza but it look so good. Next time I go I'm getting a pizza.

This place is huge. Large seating area. There’s outdoor seating as well. The place is located downtown. Looks like an old theater on the outside. The pizza is great. Fresh toppings. Cheese is perfect. You won’t find a better pizza in this town. I’ll be back to try the Detroit style. The staff was friendly and there to cater. This place also serves Coca Cola.

We dined there on a Monday afternoon 2/12/2024. Our sever Stephanie went above and beyond! She told us she was new and apologized for not knowing the exact answers we asked but she didn’t hesitate to go ask. That speaks volumes of a server! I’m a former manager of a big chain so I look for these things. Stephanie impressed me beyond measure! Old Chicago scored a good one! We will be back next time we travel to Vincennes! The food came out piping hot! The taste of everything was amazing! Hands down the best spinach artichoke dip I have ever had!!! Way to go Old Chicago!

Very good pizza the pizza roll things they do are amazing and they have really good salads as well. Very good restaurant if you get a chance to stop by and eat have a drink everyone that I've met there is very pleasant and kind very good service. 👍

The best.food and service in this part of the state. If you're not eating here, you're really missing out. We loved our experience tonight! Will be back!

We went on 2/9/2022 around lunch time, My first visit to this establishment & was pleased with the service and food. Our server (Brittany) was very nice and did a wonderful job on taking care of us & when she was away the other server checked in on us which was nice. The portions were quite large! I had the macaroni and I was very good.. I will definitely be back next time im in the area.

Unique dining! This place offered good food and is a great sports bar to catch a game or have a drink with a friend. Family friendly booths for family dining. Our B&B recommended it and we were really happy with the suggestion! Thanks!!

We were passing through Vincennes Indiana and we were looking for a good pizza place. The atmosphere is awesome. We could take our kids in with no issues. They have a bar area must be 21 to enter and even a patio to eat on. I really love what they did with the place. The service was great. Food came out fast. I had the Chicago 7 pizza with no meat. It was so good. Check out the pictures. Kids ate spaghetti and waffle fries. Wife had a hamburger. Everyone said their food was great. Bathroom was clean. Tables and areas clean. Overall had good food great service. Her name was Requita came in around 8pm.

We had an amazing experience at Old Chicago!! Food was delicious, staff was super friendly and the dine in experience blew us away! My husband and I went for the first time and we are going to make it our new date spot!

Midway through a roadtrip we rolled into Vincennes. Not wanting the standard franchise fare, we headed downtown. Love the historic stuff. There shinning through to the fog an old theatre building and neon "Chicago". In we sauntered and pleased we were. Great atmosphere, great service, and fantastic food. Quick to get seated even though they were busy, excellent food again as always, server was excellent, never let our drinks get empty... awesome job old chicago... keep up the great job... we'll be back again...

Was a real great place to eat! They had raffles to win prizes while you ate and the staff was super cool and friendly! I'd strongly recommend this place to anyone who has never been and wants some fantastic service and great food! Plus they had plenty of good sports going on multiple tvs! Hands down one of the best places to eat if your ever in the area!

Everything was great, very pleasant atmosphere, food was delicious. Will definitely go back.

Cook knows a perfect medium-rare burger. Buttery, smooth and tender beef burgers with amazing fries. Caesar salad left a little to be desired for 5 bucks.

The food was amazing! Prices are also very good for the quality. Get the mac and cheese bites, they are spectacular! Hoping to come back and try the cocktails too.

Came here twice over weekend while visiting my brother and food is so good. And menu selection is great. We haven’t even started on the beer 🍻😁. They remodeled inside of old movie theater and left the outside I didn’t get a pic of that yet 😞. But food was delicious and the staff very friendly and

In this place in Vincennes, IN you can enjoy a delicious pizza or some great pasta or salad, and it is very special for the variety of drinks, specially beers that you can try. Attentive staff good prices and nice place. I recommend it.

I am editing and expanding my review as this has become one of our favorite pizza joints. The food here is really tasty. The beer cheese pretzels and fried mozzarella are real standouts as far as appetizers go. The specialty pizzas are also awesome. We really love the Thai pie and it has become a family favorite.
