The guys delivering chair was here as they said they would be from text. They were polite & friendly. Carefully unloading & setting it up. Made sure switch worked & gave me time to sweep under old chair that we got from them approximately 13-14 years ago. Love working with Longs furniture for my furniture needs & mattresses too. Had a great experience with Dennis as our sales person at the Greenwood location. He answered our many questions, explained the differences and allowed us the time to try out many mattresses before our decision was made. We’ve had the mattress for a few weeks now and really like it. You won’t go wrong with Longs Mattress.

In store shopping experience was very good. Professional, not pushy, helpful and courteous. Delivery was 17 days from time of purchase. The delivery was on time and had good communication the day before via an automated message and day of via text. Delivery staff were prompt, polite, careful and considerate. We were grateful they took our mattress & boxspring and we didnt have to deal with disposal of that.

Attention to the details of the mattress were explained at the time of purchase.

Delivery driver contacted me when they arrived on the apartment property. They arrived on time and very quickly setup the bed. They were both very respectful and polite.

Mike and Trevor did a great job. They took the best care of everything as they were moving the new furniture in. It was a tough job getting it upstairs because of the design of our home. The delivery personnel were very pleasant and helpful with moving the previous mattress and box springs. They delivered during 3 inches of snow. They wiped their feet each time when they came in from the delivery track. They even removed all of the trash. They were very kind.

We bought a Bowles mattress about 8 years ago and have been pleased the quality and comfort, but have been intrigued by the ads for the Bowles West Baden collection. We were able to try several mattresses at Longs Furniture World and decided on the Ballard model. Delivery was much faster than expected and the delivery team had the old set out and new set installed in less than 1/2 hour. The new mattress has exceeded our expectations and we are enjoying the comfort and support. Always a pleasure to do business with Dennis Stokes at Long’s Furniture World and Mattress.

Very good customer service at the store. I don't remember much because it was 10 months ago when we ordered our two recliners. Delivery was very good. Their app informed me of a two hour window at 8 a.m. then I received a text they were 15 minutes out. They were prompt and in fact delivered the chairs nearly an hour prior to the window.

It took 10 months to get the chairs but that was out of the hands of Long's Furniture. This was simply a supply chain issue. I recommend Long's and will personally shop there in the future.

Was greeted immediately by sales person when entering the store. He explained where everything was located in store, let me browse but was close when I had questions. I felt no pressure to buy. It was a good experience. When my items delivered, I received a call prior giving me estimated time. The delivery men introduced themselves, very professional and courteous. Thanked me for shopping with them. I will definitely shop with them again for any future furniture needs!
