Brenda Bennison is by far THE BEST REALTOR. She is the kindest person I think I've ever met on top of being a great realtor. It took us almost 7 months to close because of complications on my end (husband's Estate matters) and she was so patient and kind through this entire process. She called me weekly just to check up on me and see how I was doing. For this, I am forever grateful and will always consider her a good friend.

I have used Jeremy Ward for a number of years as both a buyer and seller. My husband and I own rental properties and have had the opportunity to work with Jeremy on multiple transactions. Both Jeremy and Chelesa have been wonderful to work with, they are responsive to texts and phone calls. We recently sold our primary home in August of 2018. When problems arose with the buyers VA loan, Jeremy assisted both us and the buyer with getting the problems fixed while the buyers agent did nothing. We are currently looking for a new primary residence and are using the Jeremy Ward Team again.
