I’ve had two recent experiences with Chandler’s. Both the service department and the Collison Center. They were timely and kept me in the loop with all communication. Shout out to Travis in the service department for always being a friendly face and helping me get back on the road! Not to mention the comfy waiting area and the collection of banners from supporting our local youth thru the 4-H program. Thank you Chandler Chevrolet!

I recently had extreme hail damage to my car during a storm. The collision center at Chandler Chevrolet got my car in quickly for the estimate. Once everything was final with my insurance, they got my car in for the repairs. Matt and Camilla at the collision center were great with all my questions and dealing with the insurance! My car was repaired within a couple of weeks and looks great! On top of that, my car was due for its oil change. Since it was already there at the collision center, Travis from service, got it in to change the oil and had everything done and ready for me to pick up! The whole process was timely and everyone was very helpful!

They are super friendly. They ask me before they do anything to my truck. Plus they don't get impatient when I say let me call my husband and ask him. They are very respectful!

I took my 2016 GMC Acadia in for service work. I told Travis Geyman about a rattle/vibration noise that I had been experiencing. He and the team found the issue and were able to fix it. This is the second time that Travis and the team fixed an annoying issue. Thanks Travis for taking good care and following up each step of the way!

Bought a new to me 2016 Silverado. Had a few brake issues and they found another problem while making the repairs. There were problems with the new parts and they kept working on the truck until it was perfect, all on their dime. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. You won't get this kind of personal service in a big city dealership. From the sale, financing and follow-up service, they treat you like family. They have earned my repeat business.

My car was serviced on schedule. I was very satisfied with the work completed. The main reason I go to Chandler Chevrolet is I am a Chevy person but I also go to Chandler’s because of the people. The owner himself will greet me like I am family. If I have other tasks to complete on that day they will make every effort to get me to my other destinations. Very good service department, our van had a stretch where it seemed it was one thing after another. Each time, it was diagnosed and repaired correctly and quickly.

I had an excellent car shopping experience last night at Chandler Chevrolet. I worked with Travis Stevens who was very patient and knowledgeable as I purchased my vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised that Garry Chandler, owner of Chandler Chevrolet, was also interested in my business and took the time to address any and all concerns I had. The family oriented environment was refreshing to say the least. I was never pressured or felt like anyone was trying to sell me on something I wasn't interested in. Skip from the finance team was also professional and courteous as the process wrapped up. Everyone stayed late on my account (even the detailing department), but no one ever seemed annoyed or frustrated. Travis even topped off the gas tank on his own dime before I left. Car buying doesn't have to be painful!

Great experience, I’ve never bought a vehicle online before.. unmotivated by the rigmarole from onsite sales I gave it a shot.. a part of me thought I was getting shafted for sure, but Leanne was awesome.. she listened to the concerns I had and delivered everything as promised.. would def buy through her again!

I stopped in to look at a used car I saw on their website. I was greeted by the car lot owner. I've never met Mr Chandler before, but he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. I've never had a better experience at a car lot, there was no pressure to purchase. I explained what I was looking for and we had a friendly conversation about options. I ended up not buying the car I looked at that day, but I will definitely return to this lot when I am ready to purchase. I'd like to say to Mr Chandler, thank you and although you didn't make a sale that day you definitely gained a customer.

Bought a new truck during deployment from a different country. Chandler met all of my needs and assisted me with finding my truck professionally and with expertise. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. Such a great business.
