Lincoln Memory Gardens Cemetery

My parents had purchased their plots back in the 70s. They both passed away in the last 2 years. We had good care during the preparation for burial and the services provided. However there were problems with the ground and marker after each burial. After my diligence and patience and connecting with the current owner, Everystory Partners, I was offered a new stone and plate for my parent's gravesite. It did take some time as there were some personnel changes, company changes and then just time for new materials and warmer weather, but Everystory worked with me to provide my parents the honor they deserve.

UPDATE....I'm please to say I spoke with Jason at LMG who promised to fix the vase. He did get it fixed and sent a photo showing it has been done. Apologized that it took so long. I have changed my rating from a 1 star to 5 Star....thank you Jason!

My mother passed away a year ago and was laid to rest next to my father. They damaged the cylinder that holds the vase on the tombstone. I reported it for the 3rd time when I was there for Mother's Day. I was promised it would be repaired by Father's Day. Upon my visit for her one year anniversary of her death in August, it still is not repaired. Once again, another call to LMG with another promise to look into this.

This is a beautiful cemetery and the staff is great. Had an issue with the vase of my great grandparents headstone, went in and spoke with Chris who IMMEDIATELY called one of the groundskeepers to meet me over to get it fixed. The groundskeeper, Charlie, was absolutely amazing as well and got it fixed right then. Chris and Charlie both are absolutely fantastic and kind people and Chris will handle any issues you have ASAP. Lovely cemetery, lovely staff!

Both parents are buried here. My mother most recently in 2020. A recent visit showed she was missing date of death. After a visit to the office and a conversation with Cemetery manager, Chris Stofer, I was assured it would be taken care of promptly. True to his word, the number plate was ordered and replaced within a month. He and his staff are working had to turnaround a cemetery that developed some rough edges over the years under previous ownership. I appreciate his diligence in this matter.

Spent 2 hours with Julia Cote and she was attentive, helpful and took care of all of my concerns with upcoming service and arrangements! Her follow up after our meeting was excellent and would reccommend asking for her if you need help!

Lincoln Memorial staff were compassionate and respectful as we walk through funeral arrangements for my father. Quick to respond to question or concerns. Graveside was handled professionally and with ease. Thank you.

I went in to discuss cemetery options with Mark Wegesin and the staff at Lincoln Memory Gardens. They were very helpful and informative. I happened to be there as a funeral was taking place and witnessed first-hand the care and compassion they showed to the family. Very Impressed!
