Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Hanover, IN

unlike other offices, this staff truly cares about the patients, they take the time to listen to you and your concerns to make sure that your needs, issues, and health needs are taken care of properly. I trust this clinic with my children and my family members because every time I’ve ever been in this office I’ve always been welcomed and they always diagnose properly And accurately to get the help you need. All staff is quick and accurate and very comforting. Also, they are quick. They can get you in and out within 20 to 30 minutes at some point in time I’ve never been there for longer than that ever. Good job keep up the good work. You are amazing!

I contacted Fast Pace after learning it would take 6 weeks to get an appointment with my regular doc. The staff there were friendly, responsive and got me in quickly. Everyone I dealt with was respectful, from the receptionist to the intake person to the NP to the Xray tech. I’m glad I took a chance on them and would recommend them to others.

Very easy appointment process. The facility was very clean. Staff was super friendly. The service was quick, no long delays. Which is super important when you do not feel good. Highly recommend.

I had never been here my sister recommended it, and I definitely recommend it to anyone else! Registration was super easy you can do it online ahead of time. Staff was very friendly, the nurses were informative and made sure to ask me several questions to get a good idea of my symptoms. All females from what I saw which made me feel more comfortable. Very nice new building, clean room and waiting room. I was in and out within an hour and that was with testing. They have other services at this building as well which I thought was super nice. Will be using the place more often, thank you!

Good experience over all. I scheduled an appointment online and got right in. My first time there, and it went pretty smooth. Dr. Eve was very attentive and nice. Everyone in the office was very helpful and non judgmental. Which is not that common around Madison or Hanover area. I'm very grateful and happy with my visit to Fast Pace Health in Hanover.

The best urgent care I have been to, i decided to give them a try because I wasn't able to get into my regular doctor. I was checked in fast, brought back to the room fast, a thorough interview was conducted and it made me feel like they knew exactly what I was feeling and experiencing, offered multiple routes we could take to get me feeling better. All together, I felt well taken care of and respected in a quick and timely manner. 10/10

They took us in at the very last minute. Never got aggravated or upset at us. They were very understanding of our situation. They were excellent with our almost two year old. They answered all my questions quickly and without judgement. I'm so grateful for them.

They listened to me and got me in and out of there quickly! Their staff are friendly, pleasant, and caring! Before going in, they recommend you sign in before you go, but they will help you out because I didn't know they wanted you to sign in beforehand! I will go there again if I need medical care!

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly when I used their services. The building was absolutely clean as well! I know it must be a difficult job, but the staff at Fast Pace does their best to make you feel comfortable and at ease. I will definitely use this facility again.

Getting in was quick. I went in on a Wednesday @9am. I was the 2nd person there. Was called back after 5 mins and only waited 3 minutes before getting to speak to the physician!! I know!!! 👍 Treatment was spot on and I had a prescription waiting for me shortly after. This was my second experience with Hanover Urgent Care and I know I'll be using them more often.

I would rate Fast Pace as a great place to get any medical diagnosis that anyone would need. Very friendly atmosphere and staff!!

I was chosen for a random drug test for work. and since I'm a cdl driver, my work chose a location that was closest to me. My drive there was a pretty relaxing drive with all the scenery. I pulled up there around 7am and they don't open till 8am. But as soon as the doors opened i was seen right away. Very friendly staff and quick to get you in and out! But if you are a trucker, remember, there is no room for a trailer so you will have to drop it before you go.

I really like Susan. She us caring and has compassion for the patients.

Everyone was very kind. Mara was great with my son and Donna answered all of my sons questions without hesitation. I did not get the front desk persons name, but she was kind as well. Great experience!
