O'Reilly Auto Parts

We love going to this auto parts store staff is friendly knowledgeable and usually they always seem to have the part that we need if not they're more accommodating to get the part if they can. We are so excited they are putting an O'Reilly's in Edinburgh Indiana can't wait to shop there. I would highly recommend this auto parts store.

Guys there are excellent in their job and help out if you need a small repair. I'm a senior & they installed a new battery at the store on the spot. Excellent service.

Bought a part at another location and stopped in the Franklin store because it was missing parts in box. Assistant Manager Tyler was able to get what I needed! He was quick and kind. Great Customer Service!

O'Reilly for the save again, they had the part in stock for my 88 F-150 where the other part store didn't have it

On our way through on vacation and had a problem with radiator leaking. Not only were they able to help diagnose the problem and have the parts delivered in about an hour; one of them helped change out the part on their break. They were also able to give good advise on patching the leaking radiator until we at least got to our destination another 350 miles down the road. Can’t say enough great things about Ryan.

Great prices, and they always have what I need. The difference between O'Reilly's and other Autoparts stores, these guys know cars. Most are trained service techs who have actually worked on vehicles and know their stuff. That is very nice when you are a DIY guy. Keep up the great work O'Reilly's!!!!!
