We had a wonderful experience with Cook Rosenberger Funeral home, Amanda and Mike are exceptional at what they do! Their team makes a very rough time much easier. They were able to walk our family through a very difficult time, with the unexpected loss of our Angie, who was a wife, mother, mamaw, sister and friend to so many. They were able to see our families needs and help preserve Angie's memory in a way that showed that, they truly did care about what her family wanted. We as a family would highly recommend them to someone in the future, that is also going through a loss of a loved one.

Planning a funeral is not easy, but Amanda was so gracious and welcoming, it felt like she was part of the family and truly wanted to make my mother’s funeral special. We had my mother’s funeral at her church, but we met with Amanda at the funeral home in Brookville, and it is beautiful! Amanda also ordered flowers for my mother’s casket and they were gorgeous! I know my mom would have loved them too!! Amanda was very helpful with all the arrangements and answered all our questions! I definitely recommend Cook Rosenberger Funeral Home.

Considering the circumstances, wow, what a pleasure it was to work with Amanda and her team. Super communicative, professional, witty, nice, kind, and a great sense of humor, all of the above when appropriate, of course. She wasn't dry and monotone like so many in the business. The deceased was prepared for viewing exactly as we asked and they were readily available for the next step at every turn. You name it and they will make it happen! CRFH's newly renovated front rooms let in lots of natural light so it's not dark and gloomy. They also delivered everything (flowers, gifts and things we had displayed) left at the funeral to us at a venue 15 minutes away so we didn't have to come back. Most don't do that. That was so nice. It was such a pleasure doing business with them.

Amanda, Jim, Mike and all the staff did such a wonderful job with our dad's funeral planning and services. The visitation at the funeral home was especially comfortable and accommodating, as Amanda did a beautiful job with the recent funeral home remodel. We are so thankful to everyone for the care they showed us and were just as pleased when they took care of grandma's funeral a few years ago. We highly recommend the care and compassion of Cook Rosenberger to anyone in need.

Our family was extremely pleased with the services provided for my mother’s recent visitation and funeral. Amanda was very prompt with phone, email and text replies which was extremely helpful, as we were nearly two hours away from the service location. She worked closely with us and followed our multiple requests for attention to detail to make it a personalized celebration of Mom’s life. We were all treated with compassion and respect. We had a similar experience with my father’s funeral seven years ago.

Amanda was excellent throughout the whole process. She truly went above and beyond to serve our family and wishes.

I have used their services for my mother-in-law and my mother. I would use their services over and over again. Amanda was a phone call away at any time, Jim explained the details of the services. I have read the previous reviews and I am assuming they forget this is a business and would dismiss them mainly because you do have to pay and I feel you pay for what you get and I am so thankful for their professionalism and kindness in taking care of the most important people in my life during such a sad time. There is only one good thing i can say they did very well with my nephew Mike viewing as for overall experience very unprofessional. I myself called the Cook Rosenberger Funeral home to help the family Pay for the services for Mike I was told to fax a copy of the check to prove that it was going to be paid in full. So I could give the check on Friday when I got there. They did not put the notice out until the check was received and I ask please lets not make it harder then it has to be on the family and I was told they understood thats why I faxed the check to them and still they wanted the money before they put the notice up on thursday and his service was friday. I just lost my husband July of 2016 I know what they were going threw I was lied to by this funeral home My family had to come to Ohio to received the check from me to give to the funeral home before they would do anything. I would not recommend any one to use these people for anything. At the end of the sevice the woman stood in front of the family and spoke very loudly at us saying that we could give our last goodbyes to Mike. 8000 dollars you would think that visitation would of been longer then one hour. I myself felt like it was last call in a bar they we were treated. I dont know if she had something else to do but show alittle respect to the family from now on. It was my money that paid you people and I told them I could not get there to pay them on thursday and I was told thats ok just fax a copy of the certified check and everything would be alright and It wasnt I will never give them another penny of my money

Don't care about nothing but money won't even give you a chance to get your affairs in order... get your cash or checks out before you even try to set a up service or be told to go elsewhere didnt even give us a chance to give our 22 year veteran a service with them without money right now maybe im crazy but I thought you did a service for someone before you got payed in any profession
