I drive a semi for papa jons I had to lay over in the parking for my layover they were the only restaurant that understanding with me and the fact that this truck won't fit threw a drive threw and accommodated me ordering. Thank you to the older gentleman working the drive threw. You are beyond appreciated

Had to place a large order of 400 hamburgers. Gary and Justin took great care of me. Everything was ready when they told me it would be. Their staff was amazing. Thank you!

We both got a fish filet and it was fresh out of the fryer, that never happens! It was so good!

Honestly like most McDonalds, I've had good and bad experiences. I've been going to this specific McDonalds off and on for the past 15 years. Before, during and after covid they were always short staffed. Orders were hit and miss correct. Employees mostly were just "there for a paycheck" and the service resembled that atmosphere.
In the last year it seems to be improving. Still can tell the employees are over worked and the atmosphere is not back to "Greet you with a smile" yet. However, I have noticed significant strives in the right directions.
Even though the employees resemble wet blankets drying in a rain shower, my food has been hot, fresh and exactly how I ordered it. 50% of the time the employees will interact outside the requirements of their job with a guest and 25% of the time you might even get a smile.
The restaurant is mostly visibly clean inside and out during non rush times. Restrooms are always decently cleaned. I've never had to inform a crew member of anything needing attention. It's been a rough time for everyone the last few years and this McDonalds, like most businesses, shows it. But if you pay attention you can start to see their progress as well. Would recommend. Just advise patience and understanding. If you don't get a smile, give them one instead. They deserve it.

All the workers are really nice. When you place a special order, theyfix it the exact way you want it. If they mess up on an order, they apologize and re-fix it and put your order before any other customer that has come in after you.

Open late and have stopped on the drive through at night for burgers. Today I came in on a busy Sunday for a coffee. The staff were efficient and super friendly. There were apologies that the coffee was brewing which was no problem to me but I was glad they explained the wait. Good experience.

Super fast drive thru, order was correct. Work in the second window was very funny.

Added bonus, the overhangs keep you dry even in a downpour.

THEY ARE HIRING FULL TIME. There shakes and mocha's are down for an at least an hour and up by five in the morning for self cleaning. Very convenient in the morning but very busy do to lobby being closed at elevon in the afternoon then open at five in the morning. I got locked in and had to wait for the manager to let me out because the lobby closed after i went in lol in which made others think that the lobby was still open. The drive through was crazy long. For that time in the morning. I am glad i made it in time. Be for the lobby closed. I believe it would be easier for them to have the lobby open for thirty extra min. So it would make it easier for the employees working at the drive through. Even though. They are understaffed at that time of day. This McDonald's is awesome. Everyone there is nice curiously of the fellow coworkers and coustomers. I wish that i could just never leave. This is place is awesome come stop by for a few. Check it out enjoy some food and entertainment.

I had wait a few minutes extra for my food and really wasn't long at all. My husband and I were given 2 free pies without any complaints from us. Service has improved a great deal.

My son is obsessed with the McGriddles right now! I got the iced coffee… delicious as always. Fast service and greeted with a friendly smile.

They r always late on giving me my food. And they definitely always mess up on my order and they never give me the right items or they never give me all of the items that I ordered.

Brought a small group of 7/8th graders here while on the road to a retreat. We were already behind schedule and worried that our lunch stop might make us late--had to order fast, get back on the bus and go.
I'm not typically a McDonald's fan, but that's what the majority of the kids had requested.
Amazingly, before I had hardly decided what to order myself, all of the kids and the other chaperones had placed their order, and most of them had their food right away. We were back on the road in no time, and we made it to our destination on time.
As to the food: I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries off the value menu, and both were fresh and tastier than I expected, and I didn't even spend $4.

Drive thru lines never go in order. Then there is a mix up in the orders and that equals unhappy patrons

Clean, fast, and the food was hot and fresh. An employee (Amanda Fugate) took time from her break to show me how the kiosk worked. No doubt our town (Greensburg Indiana) has the best McDonalds I have been to. Shelbyville on highway 9 is a close second.

Only waited 30 minutes for my meal this time. The food was good, but you'll have to wait always at this mcdonalds
