Called with a tub drain problem. We knew it was going to be a big one. We live in a 200 yr old farm house. We knew it was going to have to be replaced and not just fixed. The crew was here within 2 hrs of my initial call. It took them 3 hrs but they put in a whole new drain pipe! Made sure all the drains in the bathroom had no leaks and was draining properly. Very nice guys. They work good together and get the job done! Thank you for giving us back our shower. 4 days without that luxury is not fun!!

I called Mr. Rick Adams first thing in the morning to come check and see why my portable dishwasher that had been converted into a permanent dishwasher was leaking water and him being the professional he is was able to find and fix the problem within 5 minutes! My husband called and Rick said they would be out the same day. That didn't happen because a job took longer than expected. Rick apologized and said he would be out in the morning. He was there then. He thoroughly explained what could be the problem but when he checked other things he found out that wasn't it. He explained that he would have to go back to the shop to get what he needed. He then called from the shop to tell me he found what he was looking for and he would be back in a few minutes. In all he did a great job! He explains what he is doing which I like. So if you need some plumbing work done I would recommend them.

Rick himself came out on the same day for non-emergency toilet flush problem. He identified the problem in the neighborhood sewer system and got them out in a hurry to fix that. He then took the amateur plumbing that I had already tried, before calling him, and fixed it. Plus he was courteous and respectful. Couldn't have a higher recommendation.

Rick Adams Plumbing really takes care of you. We had a water leak and I called him on Friday and he came right over and checked it out. He then called and had the people come and mark where the undergound wires were at. They came out that day and marked them. If it had been a little earlier in the day Rick could have had us fixed the same day. We are very thankful that he came Monday Morning and got us fixed up and going again. He gets a 150% Recommendation from the Phillips's Again we say thanks Rick and God bless your business.

I called Rick Adams & Sons Plumbing because I had a clogged sink and washer drain that was backed up. I have called other plumbers in the past and they sold me drain cleaner to use, which never took care of it. When Rick Adams called and said they were coming, they were here at the time they said. They cleaned the drain from the washer and sink to the main line and that so far has taken care of the problem. They were professional and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone that has a plumbing issue.

Had a backed up basement floor drain. I called first thing in the morning and they came right out. It was quite the clog, but they never gave up and stayed friendly throughout the whole experience. Plus, they cleaned up after themselves very nicely. I'm beyond grateful they were recommended to me. I will never call anyone else!!
