I just want to say I've went to 7 other dealerships from Louisville Ky down to scottsburg IN and none of them even came close to a fair price or even good customer service. But this dealer not only let me in the door a half hour early but made the process super easy and I was out if there in an hour and a half. I get my truck In the morning with new brakes and I couldn't be happier. If you do not agree with this review I welcome you to check other dealerships but don't be surprised If you find your self crawling back to Jeffrey's auto exchange. Because these deals are unbeatable.

My son put $1000 down on a car at this dealership with the contingency that a couple things would be fixed. The dealership was very honest with their findings and returned my son's money. Honestly, I was shocked. Even though the deal didn't work out, I gained a little faith in people. Definitely worth taking the time to give them a good review!

Very honest and helpful. The gentleman was able to turn the fan button for the heat and AC using needle nose pliers. The knob was broken on my son's 30 yr old Camry. It was very cold out and we appreciated having the heater work.

I paid cash for a '06 Nissan Altima. Within 2 days it started having trouble. I returned it a total of 4 times. They just couldnt figure out what was wrong. The last day I decided to just put more money up & buy another car. Just so happened to be the EXACT same car only with fewer miles! Plus it had all the extra accessories I wanted. I have been driving this car to work for over 2 years now and I have only had to replace the normal wear & tear things on it. It is now time for me to purchase another vehicle and I will most DEFINITELY check out what Jeff has along with my search. They was even willing to give me my money back on the first car that I only had a week but it was in their shop 4 of those days. They helped me find a good, reliable, great on gas, vehicle. My mom has also bought a few vehicles from Jeff along with other family members of mine. There are always bad reviews from people. Everybody has bad days but I give them 👍

I was looking for the lowest priced reliable car that I could find to drive just 3 miles back and forth to work, and Jeffrey's had one! It truly was a match made in heaven. So, on 08/28/14, I counted out my pennies and bought a vintage 1995 Buick at a fair price from Jeffrey at the Scottsburg lot and drove it for nearly 3 years (and many more miles than back and forth to work) before her transmission finally stopped going forward, and Jimmy Williams and I decided not to replace it. I reckon my final cost of ownership to have been about $100 per month, which is pretty good these days for this old dad, so put me down as one satisfied customer.

We found a truck on Auto trader 4.5hours from home, called and spoke with JD who answered all our questions and was honest over the phone. He helped hold the truck until we could make it down to take a look. We arrived and they were all extremely helpful and attentive. We took a chance and glad we did. It was everything we expected! Great place and very nice individuals, we would hugly recommend!
