My first time meeting the new owners. I had a screw in my tire. They removed it and there was no leak. No charge! I will be their customer for life. I had always dealt with Doug and apparently the new owners are just as good. God bless your business. Thank you for your service.

I’m from out of town and I needed to use 5points after I picked up a screw in my tire. They were able to get me in right away and I was back on the road within 20 minutes (with a patch). They were very nice and efficient.

These folks never seize to amaze me!! I was rejected by wal-mart for a tire check, the one day I had both of my dogs with me for their appointment.. I certainly didnt plan to have a tire issue with them with me. Needless to say they all welcomed me with open arms, got me in and out with no charge. Anytime I have ever needed them they have been there.. Thank you Five Points!! 😊

The new owners at Five Points are continuing on the tradition of fast & friendly service! Those guys are very knowledgeable & were able to get new tires put on my car and got me right back out on the road. I definitely recommend this small town tire shop to everyone!

Today this business went above and beyond to help me and my son today. He blew two tires and they got him in and new ones on and we were on our way. TOP A CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND!!! We will be back for all tires needs.

Best tire place in town. Mechanics are friendly and very helpful. Not to mention patient with those who don't know much about tires (spacers)

Knocked my socks off! Small shop doing big business! Very efficient and knowledgeable techs on station ready to work. I've not seen this kind of work ethic in a long long time. This shop has been at it for many years and it's not surprising to see why. These people seem to run this business as if the customer is top priority. We've been going to Five Points for a long time. Probably over 15 years. A friend recommended them to us because they, along with her parents, had been going to them for years. We've taken 5 different vehicles to them for repairs. And we've purchased tires from them, too. We've always had great service, repairs, and very reasonable prices. Not to mention everyone is friendly and helpful. We recommend them all the time to friends, family, and strangers.

I needed a lawnmower tire changed. I had a new one to put on and take the old one off. They were very fast and friendly.

Doug is the best. Hes always happy to help with your tire needs. His service is what separates him from other tire companies. They are straight forward in sales and repairs. They sell quality tires.
