Over priced every time I try to get them to price match from Ashley‘s furniture, they won’t even match their prices. Keep trying to negotiate higher, which is crazy We do get a discount in Evansville but still never even close always worth the drive to Evansville, Indiana

We needed a new living room suite and bought from Richards. I will say, he did tell us it was not a top of the line. We paid $1200 5 months ago and it has completely come apart. The cushions were attached to the back of the couch and that has completely tore, the cushions themselves are now ripping. $1200 may not be a lot to some, but to my family it was a lot of money for me to spend on junk.

Everything broke down within a week..cheap and poorly made. Don't go there
