Love this joint. Very friendly staff and super good service. Good place for relaxing or catching up. Very clean and good atmosphere

Always met with smiles and cheerful greetings. Great service and very clean store. Small booths are perfect for working on laptop or making phone calls. USB ports. Easy access off of 10th street with convenient drive-thru and plenty of parking. Outdoor patio seating.

Absolutely my favorite place to go... the folks there are always so nice, the coffee awesome. I really appreciate the awareness of Personal Pronouns. I am a Transgender Woman, and I love to see all of the support of the LGBTQIA+ community... restores my faith in Humanity. =)

I've only recently started frequenting coffee shops (not a coffee drinker and only recently started drinking tea). I like the atmosphere of Heine Brothers the best out of all the local shops around. They also make the best (and most consistent) earl Grey tea out of the all the shops I've visited.

Loved this place, but they're now closed, went to coffee crossing and heard from them they were shutting down. Such a shame, this was one of the few coffee places that made my drinks right 😭

Heine Brothers' Bridgepointe has an amazing staff, incredible service, and outstanding menu options. Both hot and cold drinks are delicious, as are their surprisingly abundant food menu items. Orders are made to the customer's specifications promptly and efficiently, served with professional and friendly service. I highly recommend this location.

Coffee is great there! We had friendly service as well. The bathrooms are "all gender" which is the first I've seen. Its something I need to get used to. The times have changed. Its ok.

This is the best coffee. I have been fooled by Starbucks for too long. I'm so grateful that I tried this place. Anytime coffee comes up in conversation, I tell people about Heine. Do yourself a favor and get some flavor. Don't settle for burnt overpriced coffee.

The manager and staff of this location are hands down the best service you can get in the Kentuckiana area.
Batistas are always welcoming, even the ones on training.
The manager himself is the most helpful guy I've ever met. Fixing any challenges that come about. (Had an issue once with the wrong coffee).
Extremely quick service and (was before covid) always met with a smile.
I go here rather than the one off Veterans just due to the manager and service.

So excited they opened a Heine Brothers' in Jeff. The interior is clean and open with lots of room to gather with friends, family, and business. There are some great single tables with a dedicated outlet and two USB ports for studying alone or a private conversation with a friend. Come by and grab a delicious coffee today.

The baristas are always super friendly whenever I visit! Their drinks are made super fast, and so far I've loved all the ones I've tried.

I'm so glad that there is a heine bros closer to my house, they always get my order perfect, staff is always amazing and friendly, and of course why not get the best coffee locally.

We drive past 2 other coffee shops to frequent this location. The super friendly & helpful customer service is worth the drive alone but the superior coffee is the best bonus!
