Alfonso was so helpful with obtaining a policy for my upcoming home purchase. He was easy to reach both by phone and email and made what would possibly have been a stressful process seamless. Wonderful local agent very professional no non sense

I would expect much better customer service from such a high rated company. This Particular location was not helpful at all. After 6 days of not hearing back on my email I had to email him again. His emails aren't even in complete sentences. Not very professional. I had to call the main number to get the answers I was looking for. I would find a different branch.
