My mortgage company Cross Country is absolute garbage. Late payments from escrow and making insurance policy changes behind my back. Thank God I used Insurox as a third party on everything. They kept me in the loop on escrow failing to pay things. And when escrow changed my house insurance behind my back to a company i had previously only obtained a quote for when purchasing my house, Insurox helped me sort out the issue with my original house insurance and kept me from lapsing on coverage. And they were extremely valuable to have at my back when i was originally searching for a house. They found great deals on house insurance and flood insurance. They're nothing like your usual insurance reseller agents. They are professional and compassionate and i appreciate them greatly. And i don't feel like my policies are getting jacked up by having a third party involved. I'd highly recommend them so that you have a separate customer service company that can help you with questions and disputes when things go wrong either with your lender or providers. They've been nothing but helpful in my struggles
