The entire experience was comfortable, from the moment you walk in the door. The lady at the desk was patient and friendly and explained how to digitally fill out the paperwork on a tablet, it was simple and environmentally friendly, the x-ray tech was gentle and kind and checked to make sure I was okay throughout the process. They have advanced technology to take detailed photos of your teeth and apps to show you how your teeth would look with different treatments. The dentist (Dr. Miller I think) was gentle and explained everything very well so I could easily understand, the financial lady worked with me on a payment plan, she was great, and I had a wonderful experience with Ashley Lawson, she showed me the different options I had with invisalign and she will be doing my filling at my next appointment. I've never looked forward to a dental visit before and I wouldn't say I'm thrilled to be getting a filling but I do feel confident that I will be getting the best care available from skilled and experienced professionals, and I am not dreading my next visit. I would recommend Aspen Dental if you are anxious about going to the dentist, this team will put you at ease. They take MetLife insurance, too.

Went in with some mild tooth pain on Saturday, turned out to have a cavity. Dr.Miller, and Dr.Lawson both got my cavity taken care of and my 6th month cleaning done very quickly! Was my first time using aspen and I would recommend. Felt very safe with the both of them working on me!

I am admittedly terrified of dentists. So I went in to the office prepared for it to be a bad or at least very stressful situation. Everyone from the front office to x-ray to billing to the dentist were extremely friendly and helpful and professional. They put me at ease. They explained all of my different options of care and left me to feel like it was all up to me how to proceed I would definitely give them a five-star rating.

My bridge came undone and Dr. Miller glued it back in within minutes. I did not have dental insurance, so I was a self pay. The cost was low to repair at a fair and reasonable fee.

Very pleasant, professional, and efficient new patient reception and initial examination process. I was able to book the appointment for my acute dental issue online to be seen the very next day. I am very pleased so far with how I have been treated.

My surgery was in August 2023. 7 mos now and it was a very traumatic experience for me but nothing that Aspen did. I had 11 teeth removed and I thought I would walk out and new teeth no issue. That’s not reality. Katie at the front desk is such a delightful young lady. As I progressed through the Appointments my tech guy, I cannot remember his name but he is an absolute pro at doing the soft liners and so kind . I am excited that now im eating and talking and adjusting to these teeth. They give you a packet READ IT!! And read it over and over. Read it out loud with your teeth in and practice talking with a hand mirror. I’m going back to upgrade to the comfylites nxt week. I also would like to add that the office manager, she was always prompt with call backs and will explain and answer all your questions. I am very appreciative with how every appt was easy and caring from everyone I interacted with.

This was my first appointment with this office! They communicated everything and were very thorough! I was taken back quickly! Everyone was very nice and professional!

Dr Miller is very nice and knowledgeable and gentle hand with the tools. Didn’t come in and stab my teeth. Very nice office manager too!

Amazing experience. I have a ton of anxiety when it comes to the dentist. Everyone was patient and kind.

I had a bad tooth that I suffered with for two years due to my anxiety, I couldn't take the pain anymore so I came to Aspen. They had me back a week after my consultation for the extraction which I was terrified for. Dr. Miller and the staff made me feel totally at ease and made sure I didn't feel a thing. My extraction went great. My experience with Aspen dental was a good one.

Great experience at Aspen Dental. I have anxiety going to the dentist and it had been awhile. The staff at Aspen were very nice and I felt no rush or pressure from anyone to do anything. The environment was calm and relaxing. I was totally at ease. The billing was straight-forward and easy to understand. The lady in the billing office was very nice and answered all my questions.

I saw a few negative comments about the billing office. My experience was great with them. I want to emphasize that the lady was very patient and helpful. Going to the dentist is expensive. That's just what it is. That's not her fault.
