I've been driving four-door cars since I got my license, and there aren’t many SUVs that I like, let alone ones I’d buy or LOVE. After countless Facebook chats about different options, we decided to visit Karen Woodall.

This place is awesome! I was passing through when my truck broke down on the way to South Dakota from NC. Frank, my service advisor, was able to get me right in for diagnosis. They ordered the part and Tom my technician was able to get it repair and out the door fast than they anticipated. Everything from getting in to payment was top notch. After MANY months of searching for the right vehicle, at a great price, Russ Hublar Ford finally put an end to my search! The experience was smooth from the start. Donnie was my salesman and he was a super easy guy to work with. I also, worked with the sales manager, Dakota, a lot. The finance guy was out that day, so Dakota stepped in as the finance guy also. Dakota was very pleasant to work with and made the whole experience NOT feel like I was pressured to agree to anything. He knew prior to my arrival what I had already been through with prior dealers and wanted to make this a pleasant experience, and that he did! He and Donnie both are great at what they do and very likeable guys!! We will always search their lot when in the market for a new/used vehicle. Infact, Donnie is keeping an eye out for a truck for my fiance too.

Hi. I bought a new Escape on 5/23/24. My salesperson was Karen Woodall. She was fantastic, courteous, polite, enthusiastic and patient. She made sure to show me all the different models. And she helped me choose the right car for me. When I had follow up questions she quickly texted me responses back. Sales manager Tim was great explaining everything to make it all final. I am really impressed by great gas mileage(39 mpg) and safety measures my car gets.

Incredible staff was so thoughtful when I was in a real pickle traveling through the area and broke down. Service team had vehicle repaired and back on the road in record time. Highly recommend!

The team at Russ Hubler was a pleasure to work with. Michael Agnello responded promptly to my emails and was extremely friendly. He took me on a test drive, helped me with my paperwork, and even went out of his way to explain all of the buttons and screens in my new truck before I drove off.

The finance manager, Tim, was also excellent to work with. He walked me through all of the available warranties, explained anything that looked out of place, and walked me through my financing options.

The team at Russ Hubler was willing to work out a deal that I was satisfied with leaving me feeling like we both won. They gave me a fair value for my trade and sold me a new, low production vehicle at sticker price instead of the crazy dealer markups that other dealers were asking for at the time.

We have never dealt with a dealership as professional and friendly as Hubler. I spoke with parts and service. They we so courteous and conscientious. They sent their mobile repair van out to get us up and running again. The mobile repairman was very friendly and knowledgeable. Hubler will be the only dealership we use in the future!!
