We went to the little cave. It was interesting and i learned a little bit of stuff about caves. Or guide was very thorough.

The cave is huge with several areas to explore and a variety of formations to see. The history is interesting and the staff was friendly. They are currently only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and have tours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. We did the tour hour tour which did involve a lot of ducking as we are both over 6’ tall. There is a lot of walking and climbing with the longer tour. It also is best suited for kids who are about six and older due to the length and amount of walking.

We took the shorter tour with our two youngest kids (under the age of 10), one teenager and two adults. It was a great experience, but please note that there is one slightly narrow passage that you may have to shimmy through and a few slopes that are slick due to the wet conditions. If you have any mobility issues at all I would ask for the advice of your tour guides or shop attendant before committing to the tour. I have multiple family members now in their 60's that I would not take on this tour due to the very slick slopes.

Wyandotte Cave is the nicest cave in Indiana - hands down. Nothing else comes close to the size and grandeur of Wyandotte. In Indiana, dry caves are a rarity - Wyandotte is almost exclusively dry.

The 2-hour tour is slightly rugged, but gives an experience of "actually caving", all while in (mostly) walking-sized cave passage (there's some stooping, but not much). Stanley and the DNR staff do an amazing job with their tours. They accurately explain cave morphology and give a nice historical account of the (famous) cave.

I highly recommend the tour. It's not as publicized or marketed as other tour caves in the area, but Wyandotte is the best. This review is coming from a lifelong caver... Visit and support Wyandotte if you're looking for a little adventure.

We did both tours and loved it. Price was awesome, and guides were knowledgeable. It was a work out for this 50 year old, but so worth a bit of breathing hard.

!!!Currently closed!!! From what I can tell closes since 2019, for the purpose of bat preservation. Found this place by random travel. Look abandoned. For more info call O’bannon state park. They even took the main road sign down.

Visited today for the reopening! Tours were free on this day but will be reasonably priced in the future. Between $8-20. The experience on the rigged tour was breathtaking and totally worth it. The little cave was also a sight to see. The staff (we had Chris and Alyssa?) were great and very knowledgeable of cave environment. I would definitely recommend it, it's also a quick 45 min trip from Louisville.

My family did the 2 hour hike today. It was awesome. The inside of the cave was beautiful😍. Saw some bats flying around. That was cool. Best part of my day today😁. Hope to return soon😀.

Wish I would've got on the big tour (or that the big tour wasn't 2hrs long). The little cave was awesome!
