Awesome sales team !!! I am so happy to have stopped at this place ! Having bought a horrible car next door that didn’t even pass inspection I knew i was screwed already ! I went to the dealer right next door with the shared lot and tried to explain to them that the car they sold me a couple of weeks earlier didn’t even pass Inspection and it had a lot of mechanical issues equaling more than I paid for the car itself ! That’s dealer didn’t even care or try to help but rather started acting as if they were bothered by the problem they caused ! I was upset and walking around the lot to see what else they had , I didn’t realize half the lot with the Nicer cars was not even theirs but rather belonged to car direct LLC . The owner came out and asked me if he could help with anything , I told him the story and he proceeded to show me cars saying a bad deal was made and he will try his best to help at this point since that’s all he could do . After viewing and test driving few cars we found the car for my family and purchased it on the spot . This guy was nice enough to get us as close in trade price to what we had paid and discounted the new car to make ends meet for us !! I have owned the car for a month now and passed all inspections with no issue and haven’t had one problem to date !!! Thank you car direct for helping when u didn’t have to and not taking advantage of a bad situation or a woman buying a car by herself but rather try to restore our faith in car dealers !! You have earned a customer for life !! Thank you guys !!

I purchased a car for my 17 year old daughter from Car Direct. This was my very first time buying a car from a private dealer and I was very nervous. However, they made the process easy. They were very patient, friendly, offered a great deal and went over everything with me. The car drives great, no issues and my daughter loves it. I will definitely buy from them again.

These guys were awesome. Mo really took care of us to make sure we got the best car we could for our price range. He was super responsive throughout the process and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure our car was ready to come off the lot.

The car runs great! Lots of great features and all the parts function well! Really great deal for our price point.

Simply one of the best dealership in the town! Mike, the owner is amazing. I purchased a 2012 Honda accord from this dealer and have been so satisfied. There were a couple of issues came up and I took the car to the dealer and he took care of them. I don't understand why some bad reviews are given to the dealer but those are not true at all. I have had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this dealer.

Loved doing business with them, polite, friendly and knowledgeable buch of guys, the cars are great upfront pricing , will definitely buy my next car from these guys, they also had a great selection of vehicles. See Freddy the Salesmen he will help you with all your needs of knowing about the car you looking for. The car I was looking for was Nissan Maxima and they had one in the lot that was a great price. The deal went through very fast there was no hanging around and wasting time. Overall I am happy with my car and the purchase. I recommend anyone looking for good priced cars to come here.

Moe & the team treated us very well. Our family purchased a used Mercury Mariner SUV for a son to use at college in the midwest - safety in those winters and durability were paramount. They listened to what we wanted, gave us recommendations and fairly addressed our concerns about the car we selected. Because they are a family-run business, I feel that they understood our concerns about a son so far away, in a used car...and helped us make the right decision. A very positive experience overall.

I just want to say one thing!!! These are used cars!!! U can epect the good and the bad.. even if you purshased cars at the new car dealer!! Its all about the experience u have with the people who own it rather then the car its self!!! I just bought a 2005 crv with 159k and i thank car direct for there honesty with it! They called me back a few days later to offer another key and they also did a follow up call to make aure i was satisfied!! For the yr make and miles?!! This car was reallly affordable proced at $3990.. i recommend this place big time they gave me free 6 months warranty with this car with my purshase price!! 5 star service all the way! The brothers there helped me get into my new car. Their customer service was very warm and I didn't feel like they were pushing a sale on me but trying to help me find a good vehicle to help me with my life. They were very helpful and understanding. So everyone has goood and bad reviews but honeslty, car direct they try! They try to keep the customers happy. And my experience there was a goood one. I recently bought a used 2006 lexus is250 with 156k miles.. yes that is a used car it does have high miles! But they tried there bedt ro keep us happy as clients! I had 1 issue with brakes and everyone knows that it isnt covered as warranty cause it is wear and tear butt i gave it a try and went back to them!! And the first thing they did was make a apointment for it to be serviced and i didnt have to pay a dime!! I thank them for this car and for them always trying to keep us happy. I recommend this place no matter ehat people say!

The dealer is owned by two brothers. They are very nice and easy to negotiate. Absolutely no hidden fee. They always try their best to satisfy the customers either on car service or finance. I appreciated.

Awesome place where I bought my 2008 Nissan Altima Coupe. Has no problems and is an excellent car. Will recommend to who ever is in need of an affordable used car in great condition!!!
