They sell used cars, I repeat used cars. So if u complain go buy a new car with 0 miles .
I purchased a Ford Explorer Limited, I seen the cosmetic scratches, however it's what I COULD AFFORD AT THE TIME. The more you buy with cash the more discount you get. If you credit is bad (at any car dealership) it's hard to work with you.
Anthony was great, communication was ok dealing that it was crowded.
Highly suggest MFT, however don't complain because you are buying a USED CAR that was rebuilt or has wear and tare.
Besides that the cars are driveable and THEY LET YOU EVEN TEST DRIVE THEM.
I would definitely come back to them👍

I had nothing short of an amazing experience. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The car was well maintained and the dealership guaranteed the vehicle would pass state inspection. I will definitely come back for my next car.

I am ASTONISHED by how great an experience we had buying a car at MFT.

1. MFT owner, Jack, was very patient and friendly over the phone, answering questions before we came out from Brooklyn. Gave me his cell number.
2. The car we saw online was there and as described in the ad.
3. The area had a big snowstorm, but they dug the car out for us to test drive as quickly as they could.
3. The car was in great shape, better than we expected for its age and price.
4. Our sales rep, Anthony, was a MASTER CLASS in customer service. So friendly, so honest, so patient. He's an experienced mechanic, and he honestly told us what issues he thought the car had and what it would cost to repair.
5. There was a minor mechanical issue with the car, so Anthony and MFT owner Tarek called their mechanic, asked him to stay late, and took the car over to him. They fixed the car right then, after closing time, to get it ready for us.

The place is a little rough around the edges, but they had a huge selection of inexpensive cars, very reasonable prices, and just unbelievable customer service. I was so ready to have a "used car salesman" experience, with high pressure sales, hidden fees, a shoddy product, etc., that I can barely comprehend that I just had a lovely experience buying a car that I feel really lucky to get for the price I paid.

I normally do not write reviews good or bad but, my wife and I purchased a 2008 Honda Accord about 3 weeks ago. I have to say that our overall experience was a very good one. Anthony was the first person to welcome us when we first arrive to look at vehicles. He let us take our time to look around and answered all of our questions. He was very professional and very well manner. He took us for a spin on a couple of vehicles before we decided on the Accord. We never felt unattended or pressured the entire time we were there. We left the dealership more than satisfied with our new purchased. Anthony is a great asset to your dealership. He's a keeper!

Great experience. They clean and waxed my car and help me get the perfect car. Had a great time, Danny helped a lot so if you want a great cheap car ask for Danny he will go far and beyond for you. And joe as well great manager

Personal experience: Anthony helped me in a very straight forward way. I told him what i needed, how much money i got, and my expectation of the used car that i wanted. He brought us to their storage and let us checked at their car collections. He gave us his opinion with the cars that we were choosing but he let us go and never forced us with our business in picking one. It was an easy and mutual transaction.

I would have to disagree with the negative of this dealership business. They may not be clear on the whole transaction process which i spoke to them about but i drove there to pick up my title for my car because my temporary plate expired and it was given to me right on the spot along with 3 other customers. I don't know these people, i was just buying a 2014 Altima for my son and this place has some great deals. If your waiting for any paperwork for your car i
suggest drive there and go pick it up. According to them they have a stack of titles that car purchasers never picked up. Ladies and gentlemen no one has control of how slow DMV moves or moved during Covid. Go get your title. Their great over there in my opinion. Keep pushing guys .
Also yes they do purchase salvage vehicles but if you don't understand salvage vehicles don't buy them but in my opinion lots of them turn out to be great. I was into the salvage business for 5 years . The cars are fine as long as their repaired properly. Good luck

We just recently purchased our vehicle from MFT auction and I couldn’t speak more highly of Moe and his employees. The service was impeccable his word was always truthful and on point. On the day of pickup my car was ready with all my paperwork, it was impeccably detailed by their service team. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends and anyone that is looking for a used quality car these guys are honest trustworthy and simply the best! Awesome guys! Danny was great, help showed me two cars to look at went with the jeep I came in for. Test drive was great. The whole staff was terrific! Picked it up in a wek shiny and like new! Great guys the whole staff is perfect!! Shopping here again!

Recently purchased a very nice Lexus at a great price. I worked with Danny and he was very helpful and easy to work with. Would highly recommend this salesman and this dealership. I live all the way in west Michigan but it was worth the trip! I look forward to buying my next car from Danny.

My daughter just purchased a car here last week. Freddy was our salesman, so helpful and willing to work with us. He even got her car washed and looking beautiful before we drove off. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Would definitely go back for another purchase!

I had a truly wonderful experience at MFT Auction!! The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Not pushy or intrusive at all like most other car dealerships. The prices and quality of the vehicles were amazing plus my salesman Juan was super accommodating to my financial needs and helped me find the perfect car for my budget and credit.
