I’m so impressed with Bergen Car Company I had to write a review (which I almost never do.) After looking at cars at a few different dealers only to find that that advertised price was only if you finance, or only after you put a certain percentage down, I found a car I was interested in and went to Bergen. It’s hard to find reliable, honest car dealers anymore, but these guys are the real deal. From start to finish, they were straightforward, helpful and very pleasant to deal with. There wasn’t a single “catch,” and I love my new car. I recommend them enthusiastically!

After an accident I wasn’t sure if I wanted to get another car but once I saw the Honda civic and the great condition it was in I wanted the car immediately. I have to say my process was super quick, smooth transaction and great price. I highly recommended this place which has great customer service and financing options they have you will not be disappointed. Love my civic.

After much frustration trying to by a car in the area, most dealerships added whopping fees or high interest rates stating you don't have an 800 credit score or the cars were over-priced and a lot not well maintained. I decided to do this differently, researched a reputable used car dealership first, then check their lot for the car I wanted. Bergen Car Company was it! No double talk, straight to the numbers, all shown to you before signing, immediately address a small issue with the car. Needless to say very happy with my purchase. I worked with Diego and the Owner both were attentive and responsive. Kudos to their Front desk lady, sorry forgot her name but got the job done.

Purchased a 2015 Q50 from them the car was in excellent condition when picked up f every thing was very clean. The employees are very straightforward and don’t want to waste your time. A couple problems happened with the car but all the repairs were fully covered by the dealership and the warranty that they offer. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

Highly recommend this Great place, offering 30days / 1000miles warranty to all the cars, friendly staff, very organized, disclose everything (Provide printed Carfax report to make sure buyer is aware of car history) and quick paper work (took less than 30 minutes to sign and take my car home). Doc fee $890 + registration fee is bit high vs other place, but does include 30 days warranty and permanent plate. Also flexible on pricing and I got a great deal on nice Blue 2016 Civic LX. Car is in great conditions inside out and Bergen Car Company put extra effort to keep cars in great conditions.

Fares is not only fair but a truly nice man. He makes deals work within your budget to make sure you get the car you want. His cars are solid and I’ve never had any issues with any of the vehicles I’ve ever bought from him. I will not go to any other dealer. If he does not have what I want he will find it or I will not buy it from any other dealership. Outstanding!!
