I had a great experience finding my new car at Urban Motors. After searching for various dealerships, I'm really glad I chose this one. The owner and his sons are very friendly, kind, and helpful. I was nervous because I arrived close to closing time, but they made sure to assist me thoroughly. Their customer service is excellent. I love my car and haven't had any issues. I'm really glad I was able to find my car and drive it home the same day.

I usually never write reviews in general, but I really had to for this place. I've bought many cars and never had such an easy and relaxing experience like I did here. I met with Anthony, Chris, and Tony and they were really nice and taught me a lot of things about each car in their lot. It's a family business and I think that makes the biggest difference with their approach. They show that they care about what your preferences are rather than push the cars they want off their lot. They put me into a really clean 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I couldn't be more excited. If you need a car and want to avoid other dealerships that are pushy and flat out have a negative culture, go to Urban Motors.

This place is absolutely amazing period. If you are sick and tired of dealerships Wasting your time or not having good vehicles, you must visit urban motors! Chris and Anthony were amazing and helpful and assisted me throughout the whole process from car to insurance. This place is a 10 star location and worthy of your business.

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!!! I saw a car on their website that would be perfect for my son’s first car. I went there to check it out, every staff member was friendly and helpful! The owner was more concerned about my son having a reliable 1st car that would last him a long time than just making a sale. He worked with me and I was able to get it. Me and my son absolutely love the car!!! It runs great and passed inspection with no problem!!! Being a single mom of 4 & my son now having a car has blessed & helped me tremendously!!! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for quality cars for a good price!!!

Efficient, quick kind are all words that describe Anthony, Alex and Chris at this dealership. Everybody was so nice I definitely will be coming back down the line for another vehicle. We were in the market for a nice BMW convertible and stumbled upon Anthony at this dealership via online. From the initial interaction to the point of sale, he was nothing less of professional and accommodating. The price was fair and Anthony's guidance in purchasing the vehicle was seamless. I purchased a 2008 Honda Civic LX. Their price was very fair considering the very low miles and good condition. I Closed the deal and drove home with my purchase. During the 1 hour drive I started hearing a buzzing over my left shoulder that I didn’t hear during the test drive so I dropped it off at my local mechanic. I called Anthony, one of the owners, the following Tuesday. He was a complete gentleman and agreed to reimburse me for what he would charge to replace the left ball joint. Anthony is a car guy like me and knows his stuff. I’m very satisfied and trust Urban Motors to be honest and stand behind what they sell.

Tony is the father, and his sons along side with him What an experience these guys are absolutely fantastic. They don’t try to force you into buying a car like these big dealerships They are very fair and want you to leave being more than satisfied. I had the pleasure of purchasing a beautiful 2013 Audi S4 from Urban Motors. Not only was my vehicle In better than perfect condition for a 110k mile car, but mechanically and cosmetically everything was well maintained. In the process of browsing vehicles , I’ve been mislead by other dealerships , even the one that I work for which is extremely upsetting. Urban Motors delivered great customer service , though not having an appointment. Besides the vehicle I purchased , their inventory was extremely rangeful, there’s a vehicle for everyone in the market at Urban Motors. Even when purchasing my vehicle , I was given a tour of their collectible vehicles and even a little history lesson on some of the cool rides they have.
