☆☆☆6/8/2023 ~ Loved my shopping experience, minus the restroom situation, and the lack of customer service.
My visit was well worth it, however, I had just left the gym and was caught in traffic and by the time I reached DSW I had to use the restroom and they were both out of order. I do hope that was a temporary situation. Otherwise, the variety of name brand shoes was awesome, along with the discounted prices. Kudos 👏 to my nugget seekers it's a gold mine...YumShopOn!

It has various good brands and reasonable prices for the shoes. Recommend to shop and find your ideal shoes.

I hadn’t been here since Covid hit, it was worth the visit. You should go! There’s nothing like touching and trying on shoes. I’m ready for fall & winter now, thanks DSW!

Just went on our first "family" shoe shopping excursion with my wife, 4 year old daughter, and almost 2 year old son and there was a great selection for us all! Very spacious too which helped with the running around toddler 😂

Rows & rows of every type of shoe styles & accessories, socks, purses, hat's imaginable!! Except 2 spend more then hour just reviewing the items avail & patience at the ck.out line!! Worth the trip for great prices
on shoes & accessory items!🥰

K this has to be the best stock DSW in the tri-state area I've been to others in New York Connecticut but the one in Paramus rocks them all

Love this store, has a huge variety and is two floors. Best to visit early in the week when they restock.

Everyone I encountered in Paramus store (on route 17 across from Garden State Plaza) was very helpful and had a sweet personality. I had surgery on both my feet and was very frustrated finding shoes that didnt inflict more pain than I had. Staff helped me to make it a pleasing experience. Lines at register moved very quick as a bonus. I definitely would recommend this store.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. They take their time and don’t rush you out of the store .. doing a return was so easy.

This is a BIG DSW! Great selection for men and women. (We didn't look for kid's shoes.) Prices are competitive. I wear women's 9.5 or 10 and had a number of styles in my size to choose from, which is an amazing treat. Other DSWs are very good too, but this one is exceptionally big. Well worth the trip if your hard to fit. I saw sizes to women's 11 in several styles. If you're size 10 or under you shouldn't have a problem. Shoes, boots, sneakers, purses, and accessories are available at this store.

If you have mid range shoe size you will find great buys. If you're a large wide size like me (12EEE) it's an adventure looking for that wide size not impossible and also great buys. You could spend a good 2 hours looking and you won't realize it until you have 3 shoe boxes in your hands at the cashier.

Rosa the manager is super helpful and friendly. I visited the dsw in Yonkers and all went wrong, come to my very loving paramus dsw and the difference in costumer care is night and day.
Dsw should have the same quality all around. I'm just happy to have been at this store

Malik from DSW was very helpful with finding me some shoes I was looking for, he looked in other stores to see if we still had a chance in finding these heals and he found some at American dream and told them to put it on hold for me to pick it up. This was soo Helpful for me!!

From experience this place will be and can and will become a success, first place every to understand an employee problems I was embarrassed at firrsr but it’s life and I let them know my home problems instead of judging they gave me time to get myself together to come back head strong , store is always filled and clean please understand these ppl are getting rude negative comments everyday while dealing with there own lives and still be here for yall when they don’t have to be everyone needs a job for money but they stayed cut them a slack 10/10 best jobs & store experiences.

Love this store! So many great shoes and good buys. Upstairs they have a large discounted area where things are marked down. Shoes, handbags, wallets and do much more!
