My agent, I believe, was named Cynthia. The care, knowledge and concern she had went beyond regular customer service. I called for insurance and the compassion this agent displayed made my entire day. I told my friends about her! Lol!!

I live in Fort Lee and there are other offices of StateFarm closer to me but because of the service I receive at Bobs StateFarm Office which I was insured there for over 35 years I continue to go to Hackensack.
