Fawaz Ghannam - State Farm Insurance Agent

Been using their services for over a decade. Have gone to other State Farm agencies for help and this office by far is my favorite. The staff knows how to get things done quick and are very informative. If you want above and beyond service, this is where you need to go.

People! you will be between good hands, Tom, Fawaz and their crew are the team to beat, extremely knowledgeable and will put customer interests first, give them a chance to make you an offer on your auto or home insurance and you will not regret it. My previous insurer (Geico) kept raising my premiums on me every 6 months for no good or apparent reason, just kept hearing the same broken justification tape over and over, but in 2023 I had to change something, and I'm so glad I did when I reached out to Tom / Fawaz for a quote ... simply outstanding and highly recommended !

Awesome experience with agent Tom Shahid, not only was every expectation met but Tom went beyond to make sure that my family and I could receive discounts that would assist in lowering our rates. He totally understood that in todays economy, every dollar counts and I truly appreciated that he took the time to explain the discounts being offered in detail. My youngest son, first time going solo with auto insurance (yeah for me), was searching for a rate he could afford, spoke with Tom, told him he would call back. His response to me, mom he was really good, he took his time, explained everything to me in a way that I could understand, I think I'm going to go with him. The rest is history, one household, 3 policies completed and working on a 4th. Definitely, the best insurance agent I've ever dealt with in my 40+ years of driving!!!

I have all my insurances with State Farm and this office. I often interact with Jenny Hernandez. She is always very responsive and pro active. She knows all my various contracts and it’s easy to have a holistic conversation about my coverage and make changes. I highly recommend working with Jenny.

Tom was great and was extremely professional and thorough. He provided a detailed summary of each of the products that we bundled in our new plan and explained the coverage for each policy and what we were replacing. Tom also coordinated a call with my mortgage company while we were on the phone together to notify them that State Farm would be our new provider. Overall, the experience was tremendous and I would *highly* recommend their office for any insurance needs. I thought this would drag out and take me away from my work day but it was a very seamless process. Kudos!

Tom has been a huge help purchasing auto insurance and rental insurance. He explained everything so it's easy to understand and helped me call my old insurance company to cancel their policy. My old insurance rate was going to go up, but Tom helped me purchase insurance that made me save more money prior to the increase. Amazing job. I would recommend Tom to anyone who wants to save money.

Recently obtained GL , WC , Hired Auto policy with this branch and the staff were very helpful in finding the right coverage that my major client will accept. Tom Shahid is a very knowledgeable agent. I recommend you deal with him . Sometimes it gets really busy at this branch but Jenny Hernandez always finds the time to help me with our needs . Whether is paying off a balance , writing COI's or providing details she is there to help . Highly recommend this branch .

I’ve had a policy with state-farm since 1990. I must say every year they impress me more. There has not been a time when I call with an inquiry that they don’t assist me right away. Whether if it’s a question about my policy or simply finding out what I can do to lower my premium, they always come through. The staff is friendly, patient, knowledgeable and if they don’t have an answer they’ll reach out right away with a response. I was just in the process of buying my first home, adding my husband to my policy and adding my new auto lease, and Jenny was with me every step of the way. There’s not one negative comment that I can say, they definitely exceeded my expectations. I’m not one to write reviews, but when the service is this excellent, I must share the experience.

The best insurance that i ever had. Customer service is on point and always try their best to help you with your needs. I always speak with Tom and for me he's the real man, always try his best to help me with anything that i need. Really recomend them.

I walked in to get something notarized, and walked out thinking about switching my insurance company. Tom was awesome, friendly and informative, and helped me get exactly the coverage I wanted at a much better price. Happy to have a local agent that I can see in person when I need to as well! I was having trouble with my old insurance company and needed to switch fast! not only did Tom get me a quote I can afford, he made it not stressful, was very polite, AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN DETAIL! not the long boring details, the things you should know about! that way, there are no details so there's nothing hidden or not spoke about. You want a guy who's there to set you up with a plan and not take your money? go to Tom, you'll get the vibe from him from the first handshake. God Bless him and everything he does!
