Kroger Pharmacy

This Kroger Pharmacy is by far the best one I’ve ever used. I’ve been using this one for 6-8 months and every transaction has been top notch and always ready in twenty minutes or less! I’m always greeted with a friendly smile and I love how they keep the drive-tru flowing. If a customer is dropping off a prescription, they have them pull around! And that means more than anything else. Because they actually value the customers time. In addition, they have been a pleasure to speak with on the phone! Their app has been malfunctioning lately and I had to call and see what prescriptions are available to pick up. I take my prescriptions every day except for my acid reflux. I only take those when needed and I didn’t specify that and she was still a pleasure. Whereas others have not been. So I am very impressed with their professionalism! Believe me most places there’s always an judgmental, power tripping and hateful pharmacist that thinks he’s sitting on a throne. So Lawrenceburg Kroger Pharmacy, thank you for not being that way. That’s probably why you all are better at your jobs then other Kroger’s.

I wanted to share that the store always looks great. The workers are always helpful and friendly. This time I want to share about a nice lady I came into contact with at the fuel station. One of the best service minded pharmacies I have ever used.

Monday after I went in there in desperation to get rid a a sinus infection I had for almost three weeks. It had gotten so bad I even lost my voice for a couple of days and nothing was seeming to help. So I ask one of the pharmacist for help although I can't remember his name he is tall ( which everyone is compared to me) wears glasses, faded haircut, and always has a caring warming smile on his face. He listened to my delima and said everything I was taking should work and said I should go to the doctor. As I told him that just wasn't an option he told me one more thing I could do he recommended Mucinex DM and wished me luck and here I am 4 days later and it is almost completely cleared up. So very thankful for his help and dedication, this is the first time in almost 3 weeks I feel back to my old self. So I highly recommend going here if you need advice and can't afford going to ER or urgent Care for something that's minor but can knock you on your rear. Sorry so long but I had to express how happy I am of the team we have in Lawrenceburg Kroger pharmacy. Happy New Year.

Fast friendly service also have a great drive through !! They also call your doctor to get refills for you as well as they text you and let you know that your prescriptions are ready !! The people at the Pharmacy are very accurate and very great at explaining your prescriptions !! This is a terrific Pharmacy they also have great prices !!

Kroger's Pharmacy is where I go to get my medicine and anytime I go in there they fully explain everything I need to know about my medicines and I have no problems with service it's great thanks Kroger Pharmacy Craig

Kroger is my favorite grocery store and I love kroger brand products.Almost every thing they make is as good as name brands,my cat even eats Kroger cat food but not 9lives new mix etc. The pharmacy prices are half the price of Walgreens, and they're always efficient with refills and very kind and professional, average wait time is about 30 to 60 minutes,sometimes when they are busy but they work hard to get u out the door in under 30mins. If you have no insurance a good rx app tells u prices and with good rx card kroger is the lowest price most times,sometime it will be Costco or rite aid but I'm staying at kroger forever... The kroger brand icecream sandwiches,mint choc.chip,regular choc.chip,neopolitin and the plain regular are sooooo goood and cheap,can't live without em. The claw machine is fun for kids of all ages and always have good quality prizes stuffed inside.best part is the prizes are actually winable.which excites my children every time lol 5 stars for this local 1 stop shop.

When I have a problem they seem to make me smile everytime and most people in the area sometimes think that because they hate the traffic they take it out on the pharmacy personnel trust me I have seen it first hand and don't change a thing they have a job to do and not everything goes the way You want it to
