Manny runs a great office and, in particular, Lisa Kim is a stellar agent. She's been our agent for years (home and life policies) and always does a great job explaining the policy provisions and the benefits of each. She's a hard worker and regularly responds to our correspondence outside of regular business hours. Lisa looks out for the best interest of her clients which is why we keep adding different policies with her. Recently, we purchased a homeowner's policy for a new home and she must've generated at least 10 different quotes for us based on the different options we wanted to see.
