Love the fact that they have a lot of the furniture in the catalog here. Some stores only have certain styles but we were able to see what we wanted in person. My wife and I have been trying to find the right glider for a few weeks now, and it was nice to be able to go in and see/feel the different chairs in store.

The staff was wonderful- not too pushy and extremely knowledgeable, especially with all the different options available for their chairs (normally I like to look around and see without constantly being harassed). We were able to find the right glider for us. Really loved the store and will be going back- clean, great assortment, and helpful staff.

I visited Pottery Barn to look at baby furniture in person. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greated by Christina and immediately asked if I needed help. I explained to her what I was looking to do in the nursery and what I wanted to see. She took me right back to the display, I was able to see everything and she so kindly walked me through the different options and dimensions of everything. Once we had everything picked out, she sat with me at the computer to create a quote and check on delivery dates. We ultimately ended up placing the order right then and there. She made our visit quick, easy and most importantly painless! I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Recently went there to shop for cribs, Tina was amazing. Giving 4 stars as the other sales associate working was rude and couldn’t even be bothered to be polite or ask if I needed help or out of common decency state someone would be right with us. If you’re so miserable working with people, you shouldn’t be working in sales! Anyway back to Tina- we will be going back and placing an order with her. She was amazing, helpful, and passionate about the store and products. She was a genuine pleasure to meet and spend time with to discuss our needs. Thank you Tina!

We were looking at storage for kids stuff (toys, books, blocks, cars, etc). They have a nice variety that you can build your own space. By accident found a recliner that was really nice and affordable.

Easy to get to but small so not a large inventory. When looking for Nuna car seats, they only had RX lite. No babyletto cribs on the floor either

Please understand that before I reached the point of leaving a review with the Better Business Bureau, I tried calling and researching the company corporate contact information over the course of several months in an attempt to find a number or email to let them know about this ongoing issue, but to no avail. I was always told that my message would be forwarded to a manager for a follow-up, but that never happened, and they don't have a corporate number or email, (if you don't believe me, try contacting) so I had to take this alternative, which is better, because now the public will be aware and I’m able to be a voice for others who have been treated in this manner.

Let me start off by saying, We live in the United States of America, a melting pot of people where you never know whose who and how respect can carry you further than disrespect. In light of this, I have visited Pottery Barn Kids in New Jersey several times over, so this review is coming from a pattern of experiences. The store looks adorable, cozy, and welcoming—until you walk in and begin to feel and experience being treated with a racist tone, which you would think would be a thing of the past by now. Sadly, this is never the case at this store, and I made the decision that this would be my last visit. If I had to, I would also buy online. I am sure that many other people have either experienced the same thing or something even worse, but they chose to remain silent because they were too tired or believed their problem was unique. Please understand that I am very busy and that my time is valuable, so please excuse me from taking the time to write this letter regarding this behavior, which has been displayed on multiple occasions.

I'm sure this franchise has lost a lot of business and left a bad taste in the mouths of many customers, but unlike myself, I'm deciding today to stand up and voice the truth of this ongoing toxic behavior that I've experienced—not once, not twice, but three times over the course of months, if not a little over a year—walking into this store and being asked, "How may I help you?" as soon as I walk in. When I say that I'm looking around for the time being, I'm asked, "How may I help you," and when I say that I'm looking around for now, I'm approached again, not even five minutes later, by several different employees within a few minutes, only this time making it obvious that this was no longer a request to assist, but a disposition of energy, to make me feel uncomfortable and send off a tone that I will be watched and stalked from this point on, making it difficult to browse and shop.

Not even two minutes later, Donna asked me if I needed help. I told her that I had just walked into the store and had been asked by several employees, one of whom appeared to have been alerted by Tina to ask and keep an eye on me, if I needed help. After that, the second employee, named Trina, who was on the phone at the time, asked me if I needed help, and I told her I was looking. When I turned around, I saw her whisper in Donna's ears

I told her that I thought it was strange that I was being followed and asked for help in the store; it was really unsettling and uncomfortable. Just like the previous time, I made the decision to ask Donna for the woman who was sitting in the designer area by the register, for her name, who was the woman instigating & whispering in the manager ear while I was looking at the items on the shelf. Donna refused to give me her name, so as I was leaving the store, I decided to ask the woman standing in front of the store if she could give me the name of the woman in sitting in the back, and it appears Donna over heard and said out-loud - again embarrassing me in-front of customers and employees, and "I'm not going to give you her name but mine," which she wrote on a card, and as she walked away, she chuckled with a racist pompous attitude which was so embarrassing and humiliating to the point, I left the mall and lost the taste to shop.

Tried to walk in and buy toddler sheets for my son with my husband. We were about to walk in the open door when an employee came running to tell that they close at 7pm and proceeded to close the door on us. I looked down at my phone confused because it was 6:50 and there was another shopper in the store.

Sales associates are incredibly rude and curt. Not helpful at all. Blame everything on company policy and throw their hands up. The snobby personalities are not welcoming- especially not for a children’s store. I never enjoy my shopping experience in this location, will stick to online / other shops. 👎🏽

This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. For a place that claims to be for families and children they have total disregard for expecting parents. I received a gift that was a duplicate of something I had already received and when I went to return it they told me that I could not. Even though they have issued a gift receipt for it. I told him I was prepared to buy a $400 crib mattress which was four times the cost of the item I was returning. And they did not care. So they preferred to leave me with an item that I could not use because it was a duplicate rather than make an additional $300 from me. As a result I will now go and buy the crib mattress I was going to buy from them, from Amazon. What’s worse is there was a meanness in how they treated me, a focus on telling me about their corporate policies. As a result they lost a customer for life and I will now go buy the crib mattress elsewhere, and as I new parent I will go out of my way never to buy anything from them. What a terrible company with a terrible corporate culture that trickles down to how their employees treat customers with a total lack of common sense.

Terrible!! Recently made a trip with my family and ended up having items stolen from me within the store. After our purchase we realized a small box we had placed down had been rummaged, the products were gone. We asked the staff if it would be possible for them to review the cameras, we were told "the cameras don't work" I doubted this however it would explain why a staff member stalked us and didn't leave our side while we were trying to enjoy our shopping experience. I'll look for another location that have friendly happy staff, something is seriously wrong at this location.

We went in on Friday afternoon and asked if there were any Carolina play tables available, employee didn’t know at all. Said that we should come back on Monday when their stock person is in. That he is in from open until 5pm. He wasn’t there friday. Called as soon as they opened today, Monday, and he already left ??? How do they not have at least two people working stock ? Why are regular employees not allowed to AT LEAST check if they have tables or even the play mats for the tables. TAKE THE DRIVE TO THE SHORT HILLS LOCATION. You can hear the attitude even over the phone with the Hackensack location employees. Terrible CS.

Worst customer service. The employee was like "insulted" when I told her the company has a terrible return policy. I will be calling customer service. I can almost guarantee she was just too lazy to look up the barcode or speak to a manager. Don't waste your time going into this store.

Grumpy sales associates. Couldn’t enjoy the products we wanted to compare in person vs online.

Don't come here if you're disabled with a service dog. They will tell you to pick your dog up, even if it's 100lbs, or leave.
